I compete in strongman, and willpower and being mentally strong are very important! I love how Jacob sat down with the Bros and explained that to them.
I competed in a farmers hold event and it all came down to who was the most mentally strong and not who was the most strong.

This reminds me of the things we do in our 7th grade athletics for the summer, we do lots of working out
Y'all should really do a video with a challenge of your choice. And have the punishment be enduring a entire 60 button punishment box. With no escape except for completion. But you have some perks that can help along the way but you can't do more then 10.
As a lifter you never want to feel back pain it is very dangerous. If you do feel back pain go lighter or be more careful.
