section 80 is fucking ridiculous. look back 10 years from now and it'll be 1 of the best rap/hip-hop albums of all time. i get asked all the time who im listening to and they seem confused when i say kendrick lamar, one day that shit is gonna be as common as saying jay-z as a response.

When I look at this interview, and then look at an interview of another rapper like lil wayne, I prefer this one. He's just very articulate, and he speaks his mind.

His ears are cool. I love them, kinda like an alien. I used to think he just edited them in his videos....BUT THEY'RE REAL.

I doubt it lol...I just realized that he was signed with Aftermath before he made Section.80, and if he can release that classic while signed under Dre, without being forced to change his sound, then damn I think hip hop is in good hands.

He does have southern mannerisms. I believe it’s because his parents are from Chicago. I a lot of black people from Chicago have southern bloodlines. The southern accent amongst Chicago people is still evident til this day.
