Just got NCL Sun. The towels weren't soft and the toilet paper was EXACTLY like that type. I don't thinking ive ever had 'soft' towels on a cruise 🤔. A hotel manager once tod me that fabric conditioner ruins the amount of absorbency they have and also, they bleach type wash them to remove all stains and germs, so why they're rough.

We've had soft towels on both Carnival and RC.
I'm gonna need to take extra hangers !
I imagine you could ask for extras, but taking your own wouldn't hurt.
