Dancing man has a fatal blow move where he dances around, if you hit him while he's dancing he counters and does a whole high-damage thing. If you don't hit him, he still punches at the end and that also hurts. Shang Tsung can turn into other characters, including dancing man. Shang Tsung turned into dancing man, did the dancing move, and then immediately forgot how it worked and punched dancing man which lost him the fight.
this was just meant to be a funny clip part of something bigger. I wasn't expecting people to actually find this 💀
