The whole point of hell is as a sheepdog threat, it's a threat that's supposed to guide you back to the religion. Another one is saying that those that don't believe it are fools, which is of course the same trick the 2 artisans that sold the 'invisible clothes' to the emperor said about their product. I guess that's a favorite of all cults, to steer anyone who's thinking for himself back to the cult.

The look on Doomguy's face when he's dead is a reference to the original DOOM games. When you die, the Doomguy face nods down with blood coming from his forehead.

Hey guys, some people in the comments are asking so...yes. I made this ALL by myself (as i usually do) and with No budget. Making cartoons on youtube today is not profitable at all...so i have to do the best with what i have, and work extremely hard to do the animations, writing, music, and voice acting (most of it) all on my own. There's no other way for now since with Patreon i get enough money to pay only my home bills (and i'm grateful for that)...Cheers guys.

You are right, but let's take the main character for example: The work to make his voice took me hours, and hours of work. No one in their right mind would do that for free. Not to mention that doing stuff like that without the actor being here..would make things even more difficult and probably result bad in the end. Instead i can go back in my audioroom and re-record, make adjustments..ecc..
True enough, makes it difficult because if someone submits their voice recording and you aren't happy with it or they made an error it takes even longer to finish it. But who knows maybe there are people in your area :). But none the less great job, ill keep an eye out on your patreon I want to see more.
I wish dude, people in the area here are italian as me, so they don't know much about English. Basic stuff yes, but when it comes to speaking it's very difficult to be fluent. Even for me and i practice english everyday. But i try my very best, and never give up.

By the way, Descent is getting a 2016 reboot, titled Descent Underground, by same people who designed the first one. Not sure if it's out already, I heard about it about a year ago.

OMG no please slap yourself for this comment. Descent Underground is not a reboot of Descent and has nothing at all to do with it. It is made by a guy who played Descent that's it. The Descent reboot is called Overload it looks and plays just like Descent because it IS made by the creators of Descent. I hate when people get confused because the evil Parallax Software company continues to screw over the amazing devs that created such an awesome game.

And as i anderstand the work was done for 2 months from doom release? I am still doing 5 min music clip with pretty same animation skill for a year. I admited that west people have much better time managment and will to do something. Jesus, if only i could make myself more hard-working.
I dunno man, in part i also "have to do this" because i need to pay my bills and i feel the urge to publish something. If i was slower, i would have problems both in an economic way, and both in maintaining my audience interested (youtube nowadays...). But obviously, the first thing that drives me is ALWAYS passion. I do this everyday because i just want to put my ideas out to the world. If you really want something, you will sacrifice all your time. I do, and i barely have a social life anymore...but right now this is my reality and i accept it.
But yeah this video was made in 2 months and a half but i had also some family issues to deal with, so it would have been out even faster if it wasn't for that.
