    Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

      @rachealhubert74 Quitting may not be the best approach if you ask me. This is where an AI comes into the picture. I barely have time to trade myself as my job swallows up most of my time. Alice Marie Coraggio, a licensed fiduciary whom has made me over 5 figures in profit in less than seven months, handles my investments. I could leave you a lead if you need help.

    To know where to live, like anywhere else, You will need to know the history of the area, and industry this is what shaped this city, Chattanooga is a historic city with a long past, areas where failed industries/businesses are where the poor here seem to remain, Two areas, for example, Buster brown shoes, foundries, areas with New industry are growing along with those that support it or become its workforce. Some areas near the tracks will always be what it is, while other areas like the suburbs have grown into the city as land and new industry develops it. And others are pockets of old money, new money, small independent cities, historical sites, geographically desired views or river access, and other amenities and cultural events. Chattanooga is a mix due to how it has grown, or impeded growth. You will find decent homes right next to excellent neighborhoods or pockets of farmland that were turned into subdivisions and a block or two over to next-door homes in decline or awesome historic houses. Like any other place you may have lived you know there is an ebb and flow of how people grow with raising a family and the community they/we build.

    nice video. you should do one on the areas you wouldn't want to live or to drive around. i.e. the hood poor areas, gang areas. Keep it all transparent.

    I grew up in Ooltewah and we would spot non-locals by if they said the "l". Back in the day Ooltewah was just a small unincorporated community with a few stores and it was so nice. All those restaurants were just pastureland. I visited recently and feel its lost a lot of the small community charm it had. Considering Soddy Daisy instead.

    I'm a musician and farm laborer looking for somewhere to park a camper and get some seasonal work. Where should I set up? Can you recommend areas on the outskirts of Chattanooga with farm communities, or affordable neighborhoods in Chattanooga proper where musicians gather?

    • @LivingInChattanooga.
      @LivingInChattanooga.  Před rokem

      It depends on how far out from Chattanooga you want to be. Flintstone, Rising Fawn, Trenton, Soddy Daisy, Sale Creek, Cohutta are all options. I can’t say I’m in the know about the music scene though.
