The scientist guy was a parody of Jeff Goldblum's character in Independence Day. He would go on similar tangents, decoded the alien data to discover their plans, and even made a computer virus that deactivated the alien shields.
Yeah, while drunk and then hungover, he hacked an alien operating system he'd never seen before and made a virus to disable their entire network, while using the worst edition of Windows. He gives Tony Stark a run for his money.

I'm pretty sure Trey's daughter wasn't the one doing it this early on. His daughter actually became the stronger and more recognizable version of Ike. I'm not sure when she started but I know she at least was doing it during the troll episodes, where Ike says, "dad called you a pussy."
Yeah I was more right than I realized. The season with the trolling episodes was the exact season that Trey's daughter started doing the voice. It's in season 20.

That part where he thought the doctor wasn’t using a glove before he stuck his hand up Cartman’s rectum, I had something similar happen to me before. I had a hydrocele (look it up) it was about the size of a baseball and the doctor was poking me with his bare finger. I’m thinking “dude, glove maybe”. I had to get surgery to get it removed. The surgery didn’t hurt cause I was out when they did it (thank god) but the healing hurt like a mofo. I’m just glad they gave me dissolvable stitches so I didn’t have to go back to get them removed.

Trey parkers daughter is the full time voice of Ike. She still does it, but now they pitch up her voice to sound like a baby's that's why Ike in the later seasons had more dialog and started to say full lines. And chef's parents are from Scotland. And they may be Scottish since Chef's last name was MacAroy.
