Hi I love to dance I love this dance it looks fun and I been dancing for a long time I love Zumba it's so fun and it helps me with my stress anxiety and depression it keeps my mind of negative thoughts

Wow i really enjoyed watching this video, you girls did the dog on thing! I will be added this to my list of workouts on my wii. I'm so glad to see a class where not everyone is a size "2" this video is more relatable. I'm 5'6 213lbs, my goal is to lose 60lbs and I need to mix up my workouts so that I want get bored of doing the same thing! Keep up the good work, oh yeah, Bruno should be smiling at this video :-)
