Mung dal ( yellow lentil ) - 1 cup or 200 gms

Water - 1 cup ( 250 ml )
Spinach - 1/2 cup or 100 gms ( finely chopped )
Potato - 1/2 cup or 100 gms ( peeled & chopped )

Your videos are inspiring and it's really good to see your baby girl enjoy all the food. I have a one year old girl too, but she is a moody eater and doesn't show much inclination, which is common with most kids. Would be great if can share some tips here.
Thank you Subuddhi :).. I follow my baby’s sleep/wake-up routine and feed accordingly..
Simple tips:
1) do not feed solids soon after waking up or when sleepy (near sleep time)
2) wait 30-45 minutes after give milk or formula and then give solids
3) high chair is very helpful ( to prevent them from running around :)
