I got my self the half bike 2 last year.
    Really enjoying the tutorials.
I was riding it last week while my partner watching and he commented that I should try riding with the axle of the pedal under the arch of my feet to help take my quickly fatigued calves out of the question. (I am an ex bike racer and always ride with the pedal axle under the ball of my feet). It seemed to work!
What are your thoughts about foot position on the pedals?
    Cheers!

Hi Andrea. Thank you so much for the compliment. I love seeing riders get helpful experiences from my tutorials. As for the question: I now ride with my foot right in the middle, like you said. Occasionally, I still shift to the ball of the foot - just to get a bit more exercise for my calves but most of my riding now is with the pedal under the arch. So... carry on. You are on the right track. Cheers!!!

Hey Jimmy thank you for the great video. I am an avid bike enthusiast and have had an obsession with the halfbike for sometime now. I have held off due to what appears to be a tough time learning curve. After the person learns they don't seem to love the ride. Would you give me your opinion on the bike and what you like about the ride.

Sorry so late - I am new at publishing and didn’t realize I had questions. Sorry. Anyway - I love my Halfbike. I like it more now that I am more confident riding it. I was very scared at first - hard to control it on a narrow path and with people around. But now - I absolutely love it. I feel I get cardio and muscle toning in one fun ride.

I'm very interested in this bike. How do you like it so far? Do you recommend it if? This looks like it combines riding and running. What's your take on this bike?

I love my Halfbike. This is more like running and muscle toning. Every time I ride, I run out of breath (cardio) and feel many muscles burning (legs, arms, back, core, shoulders...). Great all around workout. Plus FUN

    Hola Jim,
I just ordered myself HB3 and I only received my initial email with conf number.but my real question to you is..did they charge you before shipping like they did me.. and how long before you received your product. I’m because normal business practices in usa is you don’t get charged until item is shipped.. I’m a bit worried because I have sent 2 emails to the company and have not received a response yet.. but I’m going to hope they are a legitimate business because I see others do have there product including yourself... and FYI: one of the reasons for my purchase was because of your videos thank you for that.. hope to hear from you soon..keep it up 👍

Hola Sina-Maan! :-) thanks for getting in touch. They are super legit. They’ve been doing this for 4-5 years. That’s their primary business. They are swamped now (because everyone wants an outside exercise equipment during COVID days). Yes. They charge and then they pre-assemble your Halfbike and then ship. I believe it should take 2-3 weeks. I just got my H3 a couple weeks ago and don’t have experience in it to make videos yet. Soon.
Very important: when you get yours and ready to roll - PLEASE watch my first 4-5 videos from the very beginning. I teach beginner tips how to get started. You will save weeks of pain and suffering by watching my 3-5 2min videos.
Cheers. Can’t wait to hear your feedback!!!!

One wheel.. so hopefully all that balance can help me progress faster but, learning is half the fun. . No pun intended 😁.

Hi. I don’t think there is a tutorial. I remember someone recommended to just do it by the eye. Just stand in front and use your eyes to lone it up. That’s what I did when I replaced mine. I will look at my notes and see if I have anything else.

@@gracia10783 - Wow. That’s really wild. I’ve never heard of anyone making a Halfbike as diy. I am not sure how to help you about the feet. My feet never were in pain, even when I was learning. My whole body (arms, legs, shoulders) felt tired like after hard exercise but never feet. But... as with everything in this world, the more you DO IT (the more you ride it) - the better you will become and your body will learn how to ride more efficiently and less pain.
I still love my Halfbike and can’t wait to ride it a few times a week. Keep riding. Cheers
