A: On day 1 of the love bombing, I needed to meet Emily before touching town. The only way I could meet Emily away from town was to find a day where she went to the Resort.

Digging up the entire beach over and over, selling out the town to Joja and rebuilding Ginger Island just so that you can stalk Emily for the one time she isn’t in town to be able to make her your fiancée in the span of two and a half days is the most over-the-top hilarious strategy I’ve ever seen.

This is only the second worse strategy that he’s done to get a big number for a category in the smallest possible number of days. Don’t look up how he got max level combat in one day.

*Caroline is confused but before she can answer, she feels the world ripple, and suddenly, her universe is wiped clean and she is annihilated as the farmer continues to curse. With rage in his heart he resets the universe to start again - eventually his perfect, reality warping scheme will play out to get the hippy waiter down the street to marry him two days after meeting.*

Personality-wise, I think Emily would be the most likely to marry someone after a whirlwind romance. It’s so cool that that’s true even in the game’s code! Great video as always

I actually love bombed Leah completely by accident my first playthrough, lol. I noticed her birthday was that day so decided to give her a gift, and then realized a few days later that she was my Secret Santa as well. She shot right up from barely knowing me to being insanely in love within a few days. Unfortunately for her, I ain't the marrying type... I ended up marrying Abigail a few years later for Perfection, but then decided to divorce her a while afterwards bc I just ain't about that married life. I will always feel a bit bad for making Leah fall so hard for me only to snub her though, lol

Don't meet Elliott.... after having had a day where I went to a restaurant where my client and I met some other folks with the most laid-back St. Bernard with fluffy fur for the second time... that is called Elliott! (We could pet him the first time but not this time.) He also had his cuddly toy, a stuffed rabbit, with him, sitting next to his head while he was waiting patiently under the table. Believe me, this Elliott you would want to meet!

Bubbles change when you reload the day? I thought (because of ArgonMatrix’s fishing challenge) that they stay the same. Did that change, or am I misunderstanding what was happening during that part? Also BABY GORDON 🥺
I'm sure blade will explain it better, but basically some bubbles will carry through from the previous day when played consecutively (i.e. without exiting to the menu at all), but those ones will disappear if you reload the day. Bubbles that start during a day will stay the same if you reload that day.

as of 1.6 you can do this all in 2 minutes thanks to stardrop tea not having a gift limit. Birthday, loved iridium gift, 3 or 4 stardrop tea. Propose.

Your clay/winter root farming pattern is idfferent from the 6-4 one that i learned, do you have a video on the method for it?
is there a tutorial anywhere for the winter forage farming tech? does it work with clay, too?
That exact pattern doesn’t work with clay (because clay has a lower chance of spawning than winter forage), but there are similar patterns for clay. It’s a pretty good early game money strat.
I dont know if there are tutorials for the winter farming version, but iirc JoeTG has some videos on the clay pattern
I think theValiantSun (twitch) has a semi-tutorial on this winter forage pattern on their twitch highlights - and also yeah what elenna said re: clay and JoeTG
I totally understand if you are using the timer to represent how long it took you to set it up, but I would have thought it would've made more sense to "time" the love bombing itself, considering the entire concept. Maybe a secondary timer under the first? At least, if you want to make a speedrunning "category" for it, I think it would make more sense. Tell people they can prep as much as they want for as many years as they want, but start the timer the moment the person goes from ??? to "known".

@@tigdakid You can't realistically get enough tea early enough to make a real difference. I will be revisiting early marriage, I can probably bring proposal back a day but due to festivals the end day will be the same

i was able to get sebastian from 7 to 12 engaged in 2 days with stardrop tea introduced in 1.6 which bypasses the daily and weekly gift limit
Emily IRL: takes horseradish, wool, gems, and cauliflower, tells BlaDe to screw off, contacts police, and files for protective order.
