- Hi guys! In this video, I wanna show you a real house in Ukraine which is on sale for 3000$.
It is located in the Poltava region, 190-200 km from Kyiv, in a good green area with hills and rivers around. This house has 2.5 acres of land, a huge yard, and even its own forest just in the yard. Also, it has already gas and electricity inside. It's a great offer!
I hope you enjoy this video. Please like and subscribe.

Hi
I offer my prayers for both of them and all of Ukraine. The cost of freedom is high but they absolutely have paid the price..they are being overcharged
I can tell the memories were flowing through Luba's mind as she walked around. For that price, I would buy it and put time into fixing things up!

Please be safe. Prayers coming your way and for all the brave and wonderful people of Ukraine. You have inspired the entire world. Long live Ukraine!
I am sure that Luba has so many happy memories there. Pavlo, you and Luba could make many more happy memories there. I hope the conflict in your country ends very soon so that you and Luba can go on with your happy lives. God Bless you and your families.
Amazing and beautiful.
Here in South Africa, if you left a house like that for more than a week it would be looted, ransacked and gutted. There would not even be a single item of value left.
You should keep this in the family for the summer home! Don't let go of all those memories. In several years it will be worth 10x as much. Do some work on it, keep the roofs repaired. I would buy it if I was younger and it came with Luba
If you want to sell people, sell yourself.

Hello how are you doing?
God bless you, and your family. Long live Ukraine!
That was a very sad video, it made me cry when I saw the honey bee hive frames that still had good honey sealed in it. Anybody that cares for and keeps honey bee's are superbly genuine good people and so it makes me sad to see the relics of a beekeepers past. Hope you guys buy that homestead and fix it up, feed the birds and maybe even set up a few bee hives just for the enjoyment of loving such wonderful insects that produce fabulous honey by working and flying so hard from flower to flower then back to the colony. Marti.
Your comment is honest. Others write how much are houses in the USA. Who cares about that?
The young lady has a lovely home to remember. Its really in beautiful condition and wouldn't take much to get liveable again. Glad she had the chance to see where she grew up again before it is sold. Thanks.
I am so sorry for what is happening in your country. I hope you are safe and this conflict ends soon. You show the beautiful character of the country of Ukraine and its people. God bless you.
MY LOVE AND PRAYER TO UKRAINE PEOPLE, MAY GOD BRING PEACE , MERCIES, UPON YOUR COUNTRY. LOVE FROM INDIA.

I love that smile! The house is what we'd call (in my area of the US) a "fixer-upper." I'm too old and lazy to do that much work any more. I could see it as a perfect place for an artistic young couple producing paintings, pottery or glass work, though. If I lived there, I'd turn it into a blacksmith shop like I have here on my farm. Thanks for another great video, guys!
Wow! It was really nice of you guys to make a tour of her home from her childhood. I wasn´t expecting that. So simple, beautiful, quiet and intimate. I'm enjoying your videos and learning about your people and your country. Greetings from Argentina.
It really was charming!
Absolutely beautiful! We love the brick work, the land, the fruit trees……..the whole place
Luba loves the home and property and I'm sure with your energy you two could fix it up to it's former glory! Stay safe!!!
i am well travelled. i travelled to the Ukraine twice. This is one of my favorite countries. Kiev is wonderful city, and the small towns and villages are charming in their own way. i look middle-eastern and never felt unwelcome. It is also embrassily cheap for tourists. I felt often guilty for paying so little in restaurants. People, first seem cold, until they know you a bit better and then they open up and can be very friendly. Hopefully the Corona situation will improve soon so travelling will be fun again
Your well traveled
We’re all rolling our eyes bro!
The history, memories, and convenience of having a dacha is worth far more than $3000 - it's sad that the younger generations don't appreciate having something like this until they are too old or it's too late.
It’s very affordable
Memories don't add into sale price, never.
Dacha?
@@eliasgutierrez8487 dacha is a home in the country in that part of the world 👍...I love this property....
Dacas are in Rusia not in Ukraine and daca means a vickend house not a home.
Lupa’s grandpa lives only 104 miles north from where I grew up in NJ. I am so enjoying your channel as my grandparents came to the US from Ukraine many years ago. I have family in Khmelnytskyi as well. We are all praying for peace in your country. 💕🇺🇦
Hello how are you doing?
I just watched a couple of your videos and after watching the "House for Sale" I wanted to let you know that my grandparents had a small farm in Kentucky USA that was very similar to the house and barns in your video. I live in Lexington KY and I have a daughter that lives in Atlanta Georgia and the landscape here is very similar to the area in your videos. Please stay safe!

I am obsessed with that pink couch when you first walk in! and the wallpaper and all of the rugs, such a special place!
I love this property and red brick 🧱. It is beautiful. Luba looked very nostalgic walking the house and property. It would be a wonderful home to raise a family in. Lots of place to run and play for kids!
Pavlo and Luba are a charming young couple. They are most pleasant to watch because they seem to appreciate their bond with the earth and are not afraid to reveal those things that have meaning in their life. I have lived with a family from Ukraine and they are cordial people who willingly share their culture with anyone who are wishes to take part. Luba’s family farm house is timeworn but it displays the character of many who have called it home. Thank you Pavlo for sharing.
Absolutely spot on 👌👌
Beautiful expressed
Some may see several run down buildings and brush, many others will see, classic architecture, gardens, kept meadows and history.
It can be beautiful For the price hell if you put 20 g into that house it would be a palace
I see huge potential in this property for self-sufficient living in the peaceful countryside with great neighbors.
And the possibility of future war with Russia, much opportunity, much fun. 🐶🐻
Here in UK just for the land, would cost millions ! I love it and yes I would buy it and live in it. I rent a tiny house here for 675 pounds a month, which in UK is considered cheap, but I rent it, so the house is never going to be mine. I am paying the owners mortgage.
Hello how are you doing?

Great video again, I just love your easy going manner when you speak, and it’s always a pleasure to see Lubbe in the videos, she is such a sweet and nicest girl. Keep up the good work Pavlo!
What a great video Pablo. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for the tour of Luna’s family house. Yes, I would buy it for $3000. It seems nice and it could be made a little bit nicer even with some new furniture etc. I think one of the biggest pluses is the forest and land! A really nice area.
Amazing value and a lot of potential and thank you Pavlo for showing us a true rural lifestyle. The condition inside is exceptional for a house that has been empty for five years.
Yes you should buy, the buildings will look good with some renovations. The best part is the forrest which makes your land actually look much bigger.
When the war is over and Ukraine is victorious I would love to purchase the home and property you just showed. Maybe we could put two nice homes on the property. One for you both and one for me as a summer home. Stay brave and stay safe. VICTORY TO UKRAINE from Scottsdale Arizona, U.S.A.
I am sure that you do not know where Ukraine is and that you watch a lot of news.Do you know how people live, children in Donetsk for the last 8 years ?
Good to see a humble and good woman, that takes pleasure in the small things.
My wife and would live in a place like this happily. While the home needs work it has everything you could need or want. Where we live in south Texas away from a large city, a property like that with 2.5 acres, solid structure, electricity and heat and near a good road, even without indoor plumbing could easily bring 80,000. In an area closer to a large city in Texas could bring much more than that. The property alone could be worth 150,000 and up. Where you live in Ukraine is very beautiful, thank you for showing it to us.
$80K in a rural area of the US was what I was thinking too. Of course, it would likely have indoor plumbing/etc. in the US. I have seen properties in rural Portugal that need a lot of work, but have land/etc. for something closer to $35K-$40K USD.
My main concerns would be not knowing the culture or language.
in the uk you couldn't buy that for less then £250,000 about 330k us
In Greece, to a small village near/close to a big city, the same property will go around 30.000-40.000 euros, ten times and even more than in Ukraine. If it is near the sea, goes up to 60.000-70.000 euros. But based on Greek living standards, you have to spend another 20.000-30.000 on renovations in order to be livable.
Where I live in the U.S. it would bring a similar price of about 70 to $80 thousand. We would demolish all the small buildings and start over. My grandfather had a nice parcel of land right on a lake. The land was all anybody wanted. They built a big new house. People with a lot of money want to make their dwellings fit their new lifestyles, unless it is truly an architectural beauty.
I used to live in Texas because I was born and raised there. There are some really cheap rural property in West Texas that goes for $100-$400 per acre. Know why? Lack of water and very expensive to drill for a water well too. Lack of jobs as well.
I wish I could explore Ukraine with you guys! Looks like so much fun! Thank you for showing us the beauty of Ukraine Pavlo!
That is the issue most people have with exploring new countries… they need people to explore with them that kind of know the place.
The best thing to do is sponsor someone from the country that you want to see, let them stay with you as they explore this country, and you stay with them as you explore their country…
This is the next best thing, and not as expensive.

Lyuba's grandpa was my neighbor!! I called Somerset, NJ home for 5 years, lived 5 min from: 89 John E Busch Ave, Somerset, NJ 08873. That part of Somerset got hundreds of Ukrainian families after WW2 as they refused to return from German labor camps back to USSR. It's called the Ukrainian village around there.
My grandparents from Ukraine lived on 86 Willow ave. Somerset, NJ. At one time there were a lot of people going to the Ukrainian Village on cedar grove lane.
That's interesting, in Detroit area there is a Ukranian area and churches, and I'm Polish/Romanian so maybe why I even noticed but never really though about the 'old country' as its called here in the states until now, its changed so much the US is like living behind everywhere else in the world. Like another one said, even if the wages are higher every cost is higher now too, and the quality of life has gone down if youre European. But that looks like my Grandfathers farm in Michigan as I recall as a small child, how they even knew to come to the US fleeing from communist Romania maybe what 70 yrs ago and buy a farm with some horses I have no idea. Those generations are gone now, but all the kids grew up hard working.
I love that place! And the land too. Needs a lot of work but the price is very good! You could have bees there again, and have a huge garden as well as chickens. Just looked and the house at 89 John Busch Ave is currently valued at $339,000! Stay safe and well Pavlo and Luba!
Loved your videos. I hope you guys are safe. Prayers for all Ukrainian people... 🙏
No, not ALL ukrainian people.. Most definitely not.
I love it! 💕 Heres to hoping you two can buy this very special place and keep it in the family.
This property is for $3,000? My gosh, we in the US can't even dream of buying such a big place for this price. Thanks Pavlo and Luba for the excellent tour. Jimmy
for $ 30,000 in the village you can buy a new building of 150 m2
I would buy it in a heartbeat,,I live in Canada in a place called Doaktown New Brunswick and a house that size with all the land sewer an well as well as all the other buildings would cost at least 100,000$ or more,,I wish I could ce an live in Ukraine it's such a nice country be nice two meet u two in person..all the best ..
Thanks for sharing! I hope everything is well with you two. Im praying for Ukraine. Love from the Philippines
Amazing....that very old key, no bathroom IN the house and no running water. But there is a satellite dish on the outside. Old and New World merged together!! What a sweet little place!!
HI,
The bee box with frames is called a 'honey super' in English. The bees put extra honey there, the the bee keeper harvests. The bees lived in the nest box which is twice 1.5x as deep as the 'honey super' I am a bee keeper from USA.
Very nice house. I would live there after water was put in.

I grew up in Somerset, NJ, 08873 in the early sixties. That address is located close to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the Ukrainian Village, which I believe was a retreat for many Ukrainian people not only from that area but others who would travel there from out of state. The area of Somerset, is located in Franklin Township which has a fairly large Ukrainian population. It’s a small world!
Still a large Ukrainian population ?
@@slicklandy7819 I’m not sure about the population size now. I’ve since moved from that area. However, about a year ago I was in that location and drove around a bit and took note that there are large populations of Indians, from India I guess, moving into that same area.
This was my first Pavlo video! How much has occurred since then? So much and because of you i became familiar with many aspects of another world !

Beautiful house. Where I live in Ireland, a house like that with the land would cost €250,000 - €300,000. You have a wonderful way of portraying your country. You should be getting paid from the Tourism department in Ukraine. Keep the videos coming.
No it would not. 3000 euros maybe. There are similar old cottages, falling down, on West Coast of Ireland. They all want knocking down. After the 2009 crash in Ireland, you could buy brand new houses in Ireland for peanuts. All empty and reclaimed by the mortgage company.
I'd like to move to Ireland! I'm in Boston USA, but like Ukraine or Ireland cuz people are so nice!
@@nosnibor800 I hear property in rural Ireland is quite affordable compared to Dublin. Any truth in that?
In South West Ireland an old cottage (renovation project) with less land is anything from €40k - €100k it just depends on how much land is with it and location, the house and land in Ukraine would be worth more tho. Plenty of out buildings etc, nice property tho..
Keep the property in the family. It’s so special. Something like that where I live in Nevada would be probably half a million US, maybe more depending on where it is. We are close to Lake Tahoe. I used to live in the Sierra Nevada mountains on the Northern California side and there were similar houses from the gold rush days, they are very special.

What a place to live when all is settled over there, I can see you both in the future with little ones running around keep safe Glory to Ukraine
Pavlo, I really enjoy watching your short videos to see what it is like to live in Ukraine. In southern UK, house prices are crazy and a property (needing renovation) with land such as this, I think would be worth £500,000
In Germany 200,000 € because of the big garden. Land is expensive in Germany because the country is totally overpopulated.
something is on California. Small property is over 290.000 dlls. I love Ukraine
Property with no land and extra buildings…
@@TheJacksnipe In Stuttgart - Germany 1 Million EUR. Stuttgart's (State Baden - Württemberg) Real Estate Prices are at some areas more expensive than in some parts of Switzerland. A big real estate bubble.
Simon Raine I live on the South Coast of England and property prices are ridiculously high! Children don’t leave their parents’ homes until they are in their late twenties, even thirties because they can’t afford to buy a place. @@Survivor-John-Marbregxon I am an RE agent, this house does not have indoor plumbing. It uses wood stove to heat. When you do a comparative market analysis location and other houses in the area is important. You can’t compare a house without amenities in another country so well. I love this property inside and out... I've got a small amount of savings and if I was halfway organised I'd of bought this property.....seems strange saying this now,but I've always loved the look of the Ukraine ever since looking at it in books my MUM bought for me at Christmas and birthdays back in the 70s and 80s...and then watching vloggers in the Ukraine has made it stronger....I don't know what the process is for foreigners (Brits) buying in the Ukraine and if Brexit has changed that....I know of course there's a war going on hopefully things change sooner than later for every Ukrainian....I suppose I'm showing support by saying that I'll still be interested in looking at this property in the future if possible.... I've been looking in Bulgaria as well but prices have risen a lot there during COVID I suppose those with money still see it as good value where as I'm not willing to pay those prices and 🤗 haven't the money anyway 😊... there's still lots of really cheap property there Bulgaria, but this one in the Ukraine has really got my heart.... I'm thinking about the people in beautiful Ukraine every day and it's heartbreaking watching what's happening everything I've watched about the Ukraine prior to the war it's people so giving open and vibrant and it's cities, towns and villages and real blend of society I'm devastated to see what's happening...all my thoughts and prayers are with everybody going through hell in the Ukraine🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🙏🏴🏴🏴❤️❤️...

I'd love a place like that. Where I live on the South coast of England, a piece of land like that would be very expensive, especially if you could get planning permission for further construction. Well over $1 million. My neighbour just spent $3000 on a new front door!
I truly enjoyed finding your channel and watching your videos. Learning about different countries and it's people shows us how so much alike we are. In the Montreal, Canada area a property, such as this, would probably start around 300k. The property is wonderful with lots of potential for gardens and a few animals. The house, once renovated would make a lovely home for a small family. Thanks for sharing with us :)
a happy couple! congratulations! 🥇💪🏾🏆
Yes to all your questions, i would have to do some remondling and bring water into and bathroom inside. Plus dig a sect tank and instull leech lines.
Pavlo thanks for showing me your beautiful countryside. Love Luba’s family home. With a little work it would be such a wonderful place to live. Thank you
Around here (southern part of Sweden, well outside larger cities), this would be about $90k-125k. Also, the renovation to make it safe and follow the national regulations would double that before you were allowed to move in. If it was in a larger city, it could be $400-$500k easily.
Sounds great. There is only one little "but". Unlike Ukraine, Sweden is not at war with Russia hence any purchased property is not at risk of being completely destroyed in near future due to a war. Or at risk of being nationalized by an invading foreign country. Hence probably difference in pricing.
That is why in Sweden the average salary is 3,500 euros and in Ukraine - 500.
If they pay more somewhere, it is only because they spend more there!
3 years ago I ate a hot dog in Stockholm. I paid 3.5 euros. At that time in Ukraine, the same hot dog cost 80 cents. Falcon beer - 1.2 euros. The analogue in Ukraine then cost 30 cents.
High wages in Sweden are another tax on business.
High social standards are good, but where is Erickson? Where are the SAAB cars? Why does Volvo belong to the Chinese?
Europe sells Asia what parents create, just like an addict who wants the next dose!
That house would probably be like 600-800k in parts of Canada
Андрій Жагун
Businesses are only loyal to themselves, but so are the states they operate in.
It’s a symbiosis. Sweden gives businesses good educated employees, and in return businesses, have their headquarters in Sweden.
Non of them are loyal to its people.
I hardly think any government is.
