When the Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991, Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia, each took back their land. So, why does Putin say that Ukraine isn't a country, when in 1922, Ukraine was a co-signature of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics? And Kievan-Rus isn't a purely Russia heritage?

Life is tough in Kiev with no electricity most of the time and water deliveries on the streets several times a week. My Girlfriend lives in Kiev and her neighbors child is sick .The Doctor prescribed antibiotics,and none are available in Kiev
