Eminem worked so hard and Deserve Every bit of his money and Fame.
Random capitalisation Of words, what's up With that?
🎯
He should have retired back in 2014. I "dunno" man. He talked about it, talked about it in his musics. And now he's unnecessarily trying to stay afloat.
@@NecroDetonadosBR he still has it , talent doesn't know age.
@@NecroDetonadosBR hmm, cant remember. Was there something strange ? Why do you think that way ?
Little did he know he’d win 15 Grammys and an Oscar.
goodguynow Man he knew😂
Big Blue 😏
I think he did know he would be getting to that point, once he hooked up with Dre it was game over
N Y He was determined. So much respect.
And now an Emmy and rock and roll hall of fame
No matter how crazy his lyrics were, he sounds like a totally mature, sensible, self aware and in control person than any of the newer rappers.
He knew what he was doing...it was a science project gone perfectly right from the start
He came pretty far from the dopehead drop out to be a super star millionaire.
Eminem sounds like he raps in the interview lmao
Wow I was thinking this

You could have swapped the voices around for the vid and I would have believed it had I not known.

No such thing as whitest black dude or blackest white dude. That's just racism in your head saying that shit

Ian Mclaren Is he standing up?

Cool interview God I miss this era of Hip Hop. When people still took music seriously.
Watchmojo is a em stan 😂, ain't complainin tho.
J J nah

Easily the greatest rapper of our generation, if not all time
No 2pac is
Ariel Awesome em is
@@Mon1ker generally 2pac is the greatest of all time had the best flow, but em is the king of lyricism, ryhmes and wordplay. You cant really compare the two though lyrically emnem is the greatest but 2pac changed rap and influenced everybody and knowone has the flow pac does so there really isnt a greatest rapper it just depends on opinion
Ariel Awesome em is better
True
He's not any crazier than others, just much more honest
Youth is precious. Even now, Eminem’s beautiful. I love him. ❤️🔥
Everyting was more colorfull in the 90s it seems, even the sky.
I feel. Now everything is all grey and gloomy.
Nah, that's just the camera contrast, and also maybe ya'll live in big cities
Becoz of the camera quality it wasnt that colourful in real 😂
@@hsd287 I remember it being colorful, maybe i'm getting old :)
yeyyo the 90s was a realer time
even as he's casually talking, it sounds like he's rapping.
ugh i wish i was alive back then to witness em’s rise to fame and watch these interviews, i grew up listening to his music but he was already an icon
Literally I sat this all the time
Like he already does concerts in theUS anymore I really
Missed the time lol
I was and did and I can't explain to you how big em was and still is obviously
Shout out to Much music. As a Canadian boy growing up in the 90’s this was a huge influence on me becoming a musician. It’s sad to see nothing like this around anymore
Out of curiosity alone, Dre picked up Eminem's demo tape in Jimmy Irvine's garage and that one small act changed the course of the future for Eminem and the whole genre of rap. In a parallel universe, it's likely Dre never picked that tape up because something else may have interfered with the course of the future; maybe Dre got a phone call before he entered Irvine's garage, so he never got the chance to pick up that tape; maybe Dre did find the tape and he did call Eminem, but in another parallel universe, Eminem missed Dre's call entirely. In any case, if even the slightest possibility had have been different, we'd never have Eminem, and by extension, we'd never have 50 Cent. It's funny how the universe can tie fractional possibilities together to create the outcomes that can potentially change the world. I like to think it was destiny that Eminem became who he was obviously meant to be. Long live the GOAT!
Its funny you say that because eminem and dre both said all the odds were stacked against them and they still prevailed!!
Ikr same thing happened with Harry Potter, it’s crazy how tiny little decisions can change the whole entire world.
@@madisongracedeluise Exactly! Harry Potter's a good example. Didn't Rowling think about HP on a train on her way from Manchester to London, when she saw a kid in a uniform walking through a carriage? And she used napkins and a pen to write down ideas that were exploding in her head and she collected all of these napkins and took them home to put them all together?
Yeah there are probably thousands of artists that could be HUGE given the opportunity. Trippy to think about.
You're waffling

Facts!
" young eminem " in this video he was 27 y o
It is young Eminem since he is now 45
Considering he's 46 right now and this was when he was starting to become well known, he was young in terms of his career...
27 is young. You'd understand once you reach 55 LOL
PURELEZZ BEATZ you think 27 is old?!?
PURELEZZ BEATZ he’s 46 that’s why it’s considered young
Makes me feel old that I'm his age in this video now.
Y’all should check out an early track of his “any man”. Shit is dope.
When he says “99% of the time” - I thought he was going to say “99% of the time I was lied to, just found out my mon does more dope than I do”
Eminem is so full of wisdom. Legend of a man.
With all the best music he's put out and watching him go through so much in his career. You forget that he was once just a regular guy that was trying to make it as one of the greats.
hats off to that young intern who worked for Dre's company and found Em without him there would't be slim shady or Eminem
Hands down the best video WatchMojo has ever uploaded.
The Slim Shady LP changed my life, thank you Marshall x
EMINEM IS ALWAYS A HARD WORKER AND THAT'S WHAT HE IS NOW, THE EMINEM.
I miss these days no cell phones no social media just scooping CDs from the corner store riding bikes and playing ball in the streets bbqs real rappers who actually rapped lol
That "it hit a soft spot with Timothy White" was _spot_ on psycho analysis. For real.
It was truly awesome to watch this interview with Eminem. WatchMojo should upload more throwback interviews.
9:10 that guy in the car in the back can look back and say “I seen a black dude holding a mic up to Eminem in the middle of a parking lot one time when I was driving home from work”
This is the same Journalist that interviewed Pac & Suge at the Mtv Vma's 96 when they talkd bout Death Row East... Facts 💯
I noticed that to. He's a legend tho
Absolutely deserves everything he's got. Busted his ass everyday and never forgot where he came from or who hot him there. He's REAL that's why people love him And his rhymes. GOAT
I remember watching this back in 99. I feel old now.
This guy is a beast. Probably the best rapper of all time.
Hey, Slim!! The way was too long, but you did it!! You deserved it! You inspire me since I was a 15 years old boy, now I'm 35.

not gonna change anytime soon hopefully. Always says his opinion, it's quite refreshing.

Eminem 💘
Eminem was my favorite rapper in 1999. His music was absolute fire!!!
I remember seeing this on muchmusic on TV when muchmusic was covering and playing and interviewing all the best music genres what a time it was

Young and goated
90s look so much different ❤️
Eminem is young forever
I love you Em ..
he says he wasn't comparing him self to snoop little did he know he would be better then snoop
Snoop was awesome. But it was always more th person, the package. Because i never liked a single album from him, only some tracks and not many.
Legit panda True. Snoop is great, but Em is a genius
And guess what ? He released Zeus :). He is so much better than Snoop.
Suge told Snoop to change his name and grow out his hair to do braids and told him that he couldn't be a Blood from Long Beach cuz Long Beach was a crip affiliated area. Snoop Snake is the real definition of a studio fairytale gangster but riding with Dr Dre that's not surprising cuz Dre known as the biggest fraud in Hip Hop and an habitual woman beater. When Dr Dre did time in jail had a special cell he would spend a couple hours in watching TV everyday for a couple months and only ever been arrested for beating up chicks, never banged on anybody and started acting gangster around the Gang Peace Treaty when the streets weren't as hot. Circus Clowns.
And he did took it to the next level , Maybe more
Happy Birthday Mr. Mathers 🔥🙏♥️
