I just called Audio Control and they said by the end of December.
@@promodmerc they have been delaying this update for a very long time. Earlier this month they claimed the BETA would be available before Christmas, that didn’t happen. On their FB page people have been complaining about that lack of updates and broken promises for years. I am about to sell my D6.1200 out of spite and switch to Helix.

Also you all need to put back where you can crossover 20k it should have 20k and then by pass. Same with the subsonic 25hz then by pass. You all need to get the software right. Also by increasing the output gain via the software. This supposed to be a all encompassing system you should be able to everything at the dsp. I have 3 amp still have to set the game on the amp when the output suppose to be 10 volts.
I would really like to see ratio based remote volume control instead of incrementing or decrementing each linked output channel 0.3db per volume knob click. I use my amp as the only means of volume control on my system, and I have to do weird hacks to get each channel to the right volume level, and maintain that ratio when adjusting volume using the ACR-3
Looks great, can't wait to use it! Any chance you can add additional presets? 4 presets just isn't enough.

Is there any way to attenuate a single channel? I need to attenuate the right tweet a bit to get an even sound and not be as harsh due to the placement of my tweeters where they're flush to the door sail.
WOW !! loven the new layout, and features. I will get the update on the laptop and maybe get a chance to play around this weekend. LOVE MY DM-608. One request ::::possibles of a clip light on control knob ?
How did that work out? I have been waiting for the BETA since they claimed it would be available before Christmas.

@@roadlife9312 I ran into the same thing, my D6.1200 had version 1.2 or something. I connected to it to do some tuning and the firmware updater came up. I got excited, only to be let down, again.
The latest app not connecting to the older version dm 810 firmware i actually have extract the bin from the new software and use the older app update the firmware on dm 810 so far the software working. I still have see how the bt24 update goes. My only issues is i not sure if the graphic and parametric equalizer is two separate equalizer that is summed since adjusting one don't seem to influence the next. The all pass and parametric eq work great for my tweeters the correct the roll and phase difference of the bass blockers because i installed just incase somethings reset it don't blow my tweeters.
I hope the fix the bugs with the subwoofer channels sometimes when drop the high pass to 25hz the sub output would drop I currently using 1.2.25 because the 1.3.44 and 1.3.49 have a lot of bugs. Also when you connect the Bluetooth dongle it use to drop the input on the last pair of inputs.
How can I get a response from tech support. Have been trying for 2weeks now by phone, email, messenger etc.....
The bt24 still have some issues saving sometimes it don't save and when you re load.
how come my dm810 doesn’t look like this, i use the zip file on audio control website v1.3.69
You all put in an all pass filter and didn't say if affect the frequency on both side of the set point or if filter 1 is for before the set point of after.
Downloaded update can connect fine via laptop but the app now won't connect!
I'm having all kinds of issues now! So I was on firmware 1.4.01 when the BT connection issues started out of no where they resolved but I noticed on the website that they rolled firmware back to 1.3.69 and had a beta firmware 1.4.02 so I decided to try the update and now the BT and Laptop won't connect it keeps telling me wring pin. I've never changed the pin from default (1234) I have no idea what to do now. I emailed support but haven't heard anything back!
@@danielstott215 This happened to me as well, what u have to do is downgrade ur DSP back into 1.3.69 manually by selecting the appropriate .bin for ur DSP, u have to completely uninstall the DM software u are on right now & reinstall 1.4.02 beta back into your Mac/PC this will allow u to log in into ur DSP, (Side not: TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF ALL YOUR SETTINGS CAUSE FOR ME THEY GOT LOST.) once u are logged into ur DSP go to Tools Tab & select update device firmware & select the appropriate .bin once installed, uninstall the 1.4.02 beta from your MAC/PC & reinstall 1.3.69 in ur MAC/PC this should fix the AC-BT24 issue since the beta still is very buggy.
@Soldier7 _ Yeah Audiocontrol got back to me and gave me those instructions. I'm back in universal password is audiocontrol for future reference.

@ianwilliamson5951 If your getting the wrong pin try using audiocontrol as your password in all lower case.
Why you all removed this update from the site. I had to downgrade the softwares to use my bt apdater.
Can you leave the usb cable in the unit? My DM 810 is behind rear crew cab seats on a Silverado
Yes, you absolutely can. I always leave them installed when installing any DSP product.

Hello, i used the 1.3.69 version on Ac website and it doesn't look like this. Is this update available? Also is there a known issue with the gto and remote turn on out? I find that more times then not the unit stays on powering the amps. I have to pull the plug off the unit for it to shut down then plug it back in.
It was there but it was removed earlier this year I message them and I get no response.
@LividLeon finding really hard to get them on the phone or answer an email. What a shame.
So with these units you can only eq pairs and not singles?
You can eq the left and right channel individually.
@@LividLeon So you can EQ sides, but not individual speakers. Ill be more clear. I have a 3 way setup totaling 6 speakers. I cannot eq each speaker?
@@screwf4ce1 you would eq the signal going to the channels that the speakers are connected to on your amplifier. If you want to adjust each individual speaker on each channel you’d have to do that with one or a couple of the Audio Control Amplifiers.

You need to make sure it is not commented to your phone and you have to use the pc app. There is an option to update bt24 in windows app but you have to download the latest one. The bt24 takes a while to update.
You all need to stop having 0db as the max out put many time the inputs stage clips before you even get 10 volts out. You should have at least 6db overlap on the output stage.
When Dean mentioned the firmware update on last weeks Reverse Polarity I snagged me a DM-810.😃
Dean has been pushing this update for a couple months, AC has been pushing this update for years. I would have waited until the update was live before buying anything. AC has been breaking their promises and people are getting upset.
You guys need to get off Dean and AC's nuts. these things are junk
@@kewlbug You obviously have not tried the new update. It is BETA, but it has significantly improved my D6.1200. The only thing AC is missing is advanced algorithms for rear fill or upmixing for center channels. You sound butt hurt for no reason.
@@gonzoe123 I'm butt hurt at the waste of time AC was. Spend 20 min to connect bluetooth, do tuning, then it disconnects and you lose everything. The software is like a phone app ported to PC, wouldn't even work on one of my laptops even after getting all the drivers and settings needed. Tech support couldn't figure it out either. Floor noise like crazy no matter what I did or changed. Maybe it was from being in 10v mode. Finding out now, the signal is boosted internally or something. Pointless if it raises floor noise with it. They fixed some things with the software, but really it needs a whole new platform. I call it a DSP for dummies. I could go on and on.. So yes, butthurt at the time wasted I will never get back. Props to their marketing team for getting all the CZcams channels to shill this junk.
@@kewlbug Obviously you had a bad experience. Floor noise is not from the amp, that is from your signal. That is your problem, not the equipment's problem. The bluetooth has never worked for me. Losing settings is one of the things they fixed with version 1.4. Just because you had one bad experience does not make it a junk product.
Why do 10 bands of PEQ when you could clearly give us 30 bands of PEQ per channel…
4:40 So it still says "Delay" when it should say "distance". Not saving me time and confusion here.
