How to find out the Exact Model number of Motorola Android Smartphone

- Motorola android smartphones has several variant under one specific model name. For example under the model name of "Moto G4 Play" there are multiple variants like XT-1600, XT-1602, XT-1607- XT-1609. And u need to know the exact model no for various reason like flashing firmware.

For those who don't have the option for regulatory information like me who own a Moto g5 plus. Look for hardware information under about phone in settings.
Does XT indicates brand new and or there any othet ways to find whether it is refurbished or replaced device???
Xt doesn't indicate brand new. Its just a model no.

On some brands like xiaomi you can check the activation day online. But don't know about Motorola.

How can I find the model number if the guts are gently removed to replace the charging port and battery? Thank You!
As shown in the video u can find it from phone settings.
@@TechInquisitive Nope. It is dis-assembled to replace the battery , but the battery a JK50 denoting a Motorola G7; however, the videos for replacing the charging port, are unfamiliar. Neat, eh?

In English slang or not can someone tell me if my phone is the device I bought. I think a ex-friend put another Motorola in the place of mine. Yeah so my case has been on since the day I got the phone. None of my accounts recognize it and refer it to Android when it use to say moto g pure snow cone
