Lol me. This phone's charging is completely garbage. I thought my phone was broken honestly...it takes FORREEEVVEER to charge
I just got mine yesterday I had a moto g power 2021 but it was falling apart I wasn't getting text messages phone calls and I would send a text message to someone and it would show that it was sent but they wouldn't get it and it would be important stuff and it become just a joke and my battery life was just not even it was all bad and it was time for an upgrade and I just got this the Moto 5G for $115 I got it yesterday and I'm hoping that it's not defective but I'm having one small issue with it actually a couple of issues but I don't know I need to read the manual that might help but I'm too impatient because they have those things and small reading like the letters are so small like it's hard to see

Thank you so much for showing me so many things about my new phone. I do have a question about Device Lock. My Moto 5G Power only shows 3 options for Device Lock: screen lock (pin), fingerprint or face unlock. My former Motorola I was able to unlock with a pattern, am I missing something or is not available ?

Is there certain videos where pip doesn't work? I was testing it on different video like this video and a musical video. This video did it more then once. I tried music video it would not. Then I swap back to this video it allow it too lol.

You missed one of the best Moto actions, the media controls. You can go to the settings menu with gestures and media controls. Enable it and you can use volume up or down to go back or forward when using a music player app. This is so convenient for playing music especially if you’re busy or don’t want to touch the screen.
can u do this with a g play? im getting a 5g delivered soon and would like to know if this works on diff moto phones
I got this phone for one day, I kind of like it,(before I got Motorola G play 2023,😂, but it's a long story) I like and I never saw this feature: quick launch: Double tap the back to trigger custom, and you can use different apps you can open
You can open different apps with this or different settings...
How do you change your text message notification sound

Does this phone have where when I send a text message .... I can see when and what time the message I sent was read ?
I have a question my phone will get into do not disturb driving mode when I get in a car and I have turned it off but it keeps getting back on how do I disable it to never turn on? And also when I go to do something like set my voicemail up and save it I will get a message on the bottom of my screen telling me what I did but the thing is it doesn't disappear until I close out apps or reset my phone to log back in to it , I don't understand but it will just sit there and I don't know how to search for it because it's not a " notification" technically and I don't know what to do or is there something I can turn off ? I could do a screenshot of it next time and send it to you via email or something for you to see it and help me fix it please I just bought this phone yesterday!! And I have 7 days to return it for a different one if it's defective..

I had tap screen to sleep and wake set but after changing unrelated settings tap to wake stopped working and disappeared from Gestures - ideas? EDIT Just figured it out. It came from trying to change MOTO's ridiculous clock display and entered peek settings which once turned on, will not go away so I had to use the Peek setting for tap on. Lame!

Great video! I just got my phone last night and it charges soooo slowly and is burning hot. Literally took 8 hours to charge to 100%. Battery runs down within about 12 hours with no use. Any suggestions? I have done all the adjustments with charging cord( the one included does not work at all), wall adapter ( not even included) and my wall jack. Moto website says this will somehow magically cure itself in about three weeks of use. Please advise.

The camera gesture doesn't work for me. I followed your instructions and when I push the power button twice the phone shuts off. DISREGARD: I figured it out. My phone was factory set to tap the BACK of the phone twice to activate the camera. I toggled that off and now it works perfectly!

They're not ads but they're like tap and hold to move a widget and it won't leave the screen
I have an issue with mine. My phone plays piano out of no where. I have nothing on and just in my pocket and it is just starts playing piano. I've been able to turn it off by doing random stuff but it always comes back. This is annoying please help
The back of your phone has a sensor..The M symbol behind your phone..if you touch it 2-3times fast it will open up quick launch...maybe that's what's happening...

My new Moto G 5G won't connect (wired or wireless) to my projector unless I have a wifi network. My old Samsung connected easily without a network. So I'm going to have to buy a new Samsung and get rid of the Moto. Waste of money, for my needs anyway.

I thought the same thing until I started figuring out my phone but you do have a lot of extras I gave up my iPhone for the Moto 5G Edmodo is a way better phone to me but there is a whole lot of extras you just have to figure it out

I'm having the same issue!! It's kinda annoying having missed calls from my mom. And having missed every single text cause I didn't hear it.

Mine shows a little battery in the top right corner. You can also go to Settings, Battery, and turn on "Battery percentage." It will show the number in the top right corner (this is shown in the video).

@@user-km6tx9bq5gI have had it on a few phones and never used it once but I guess some people use it all the time. Personal preference I guess. For me I only see a use for it in emergency situations..
@@user-km6tx9bq5glol, well it does come in handy if you go somewhere and you don't want to bring your cards with you. For me personally if I really might need my debit card I will just put it inside of my phone case.

I love my phone.always been a Samsung person but this is different.my only problem is the Google messages.i prefer an actual messages app like Samsung messager
Well, it is a hole lot more better than the Moto G Play from 2021. Which of course my screen from my phone that I got in the past 3 years ago was broken by accident while I was at that time working at the dollar store from stocking the shelves. I placed my phone on the 2nd shelve when I'm working and all this sudden the customer ringed the bell for service from the checkout and I said out loud, "I'll be right there!!!!" and I accidentally knocked out the phone from the shelves and down into the ground and I was like, "God damn it!!!!!" And that's why I've decided that I needed to get a new phone. My phone is working right now, but the screen is broken. And like I just said, it was by accident. And they told me that rather if you're going to the phone repair place and let them repair the screen or buy a new phone to replace the old phone with the broken screen. And so I chose to buy another new phone. And of course, the phones and everything else costs money!!!!
