My baby is 10 months old.. purees n rice recipe oke Nethu n me il suggest cheythe aane avn kodukune..avn athoke valiya ishtom aane.. upto 8 months blend cheytharinu rice with veggies koduthond irune apo oru fixed quantity daily kazhikuarinu valiya madi onum kanichit ila..pinne textered food il ula transition cheythu. Now the problem is quantity of intake kuranju when we we prepare rice recipe with usual rice(brown or white). Same recipe with veggies by using broken rice avn kazhikund. Normal rice compare cheyumbo kooduthal quantity um kazhikund .. namal use cheyuna brown rice or white rice thane kodukanom ene undo..? podiyari veche same recipe nutrition meet cheyuo..? please help me with this.. plz reply

Broken rice kuzhappamilla tto. Kurachu masangal kazhinju veendum nammal kazhikkunna Ari upayogichu nokkaam. Chilappol appol kazhikkum. So it is ok tto. And so glad the baby likes these recipes 🤗
