- Please provide a clear reference image of your characters so I can accurately determine their colors and patterns. I may not accept you if your characters are overly complicated or have lots of accessories, I will let you know before you pay if I'm able to draw/animate them or not.

- TIME: I’m a full time student but I aim to finish this before the end of winter. Updates will be given regularly.
- ART STYLE: Unless this is the AB1, the art style of this animation meme will consist of sketchy lineart, coloring, along with some subtle shading (similar to the thumbnail!). The background will be a simple pattern of your choice.

Just to help you get more bids, the SB is MASSIVE. Ik you have a large audience, but I've seen people with more have ABs the same as your SB. I'd decrease it a bit, because that could attract more bidders. Take the bidding comment, for example. At the time of writing this, the bidding comment has 59 likes and no replies. This isn't coming from a place of hate, I just want what's best for you

While I fully support asking whatever you think your art is worth, especially for YCHs and ESPECIALLY when it's an emergency, I genuinely can't see many people wanting to buy the price you're asking for. It's... a LOT for such a simple meme, and I worry you're not going to find many people willing to drop their OWN rent down for this. I also worry you're going to get a lot of fake bids / bids that'll fall through, just due to your popularity. Especially because the auto bids add so little, you are probably much better off adjusting the prices and rewards for abs, just to give yourself some chance of actually getting this sold. I wish you luck on getting your rent paid, but I fear this won't help you as much as you'd like it to in its current state, and in your current market 😰
EDIT: Read tweaked prices, and they're... still a little much, but I understand and respect that you can't go any lower. I'd still heed warnings about fake bids and be cautious of who's buying from you, as well as general disinterest. I wish you luck tho ❤️
those are nothing for this kind of tweening my guy, asbdjhfsbdf i'd charge that much for a shaded fullbody if people would buy it and I think thats how much my art is worth. Art is NOT a necessity, it is a luxury good. Not to mention Cheetz isn't just charging for the work put into it, there's a chrage for the exposure to a large audience and the specific style of editing and art that they do as well. 1,500 is NOTHING for a fully rigged and tweened animated video even for a simple one like this you have NO idea how complicated and difficult tweening is let alone fully animated content if you think that's expensive.
@@magentialice i do know how difficult it can be to tween and rig animation, i've done it before, and believe me it's hard. however, that's not what i was talking about. i was talking about price vs. interest, and how the original price did not match the interest in the ych for it's simplicity as a meme. please read what i said first before you try to argue with me over something that wasn't even an argument in the first place. there is no need to be this abrasive.

Tho I've seen multiple YCH's get bought out much higher then this and they were just as simple. Statistic's and interest are not always accurate and therefor are an unreliable source when it come's to art sales. You could attract new customer's or get the attention of someone with lots of money.

I love the meme idea and all, but I don't mean to be rude. This is a bit... Too simple for something of such high price. 625$ would be better for AB1, AB2 750$, AB3: 1,000 or 950$. This is just my opinion, but as an avid YCH customer I don't think I myself or anyone with a pension to get something quality for their money would buy this.
Even if it's full rigged etc etc, 2000$ is WAY to much for something simple like this. Especially if the first AB1. Of 1000, is for sketchy lines.

A. It isn't your place to tell aj artist how expensive something should be. If you don't wanna buy it, don't buy it but there's probably people who do.
B. You do realize there's sketchy lines here because ... it's a sketch right?
C. You should never judge the price of someone's AB, usually its extremely high to keep it fair and encourage bidding
@@sobble821 High to encourage bidding would be if AB3 was 1k, I'm not directly telling him to change his prices. I'm giving a suggestion and how I. Someone who BUYS YCH's quite often, sees this. I have never seen a YCH of this quality sell with a AB3 of *2 grand*. Never seen a starting bid at *650*. It's asking way to much for consumers and sets a precident towards others as well that if they want to encourage bidding they gotta set the bar high up in the thousands.
Also 1.2k for a sketch? That's quite literally a rip off. I know what a sketch is, I know how this stuff works.
@@HeavingSmiles exactly, people aren't SUPPOSED TO AB, DUDE it's there to encourage bidding and if someone particularly rich comes by they can nab it. An AB is supposed to be the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM you'd sell it for.

@@thedubas2677 they mean that they'll only draw characters that are felines because the sketches they have are of felines, so they won't have to change the sketches too much.

I want to say an idea for the next map: The main character will be Jayfeather or I just forgot this Persian😅. Since it will be an au map , as far as I understood , that portal from Hollyfawn was in the gloomy forest , if this is not accurate .Sol we will need it there for sure because the story needs to be promoted. And can I ask a question? And can our Sol take its other form (the original just a cat)? If so , I think he will do it for the sake of deceiving squirrel 's relatives . I have all.
Im sorry you received as many complaint's as you have. That is not fair to you, especially in this situation. I wish people who can't afford it would honestly just shut up and leave their opinion's about the things that don't concern them to themselves. The price reflects you're self worth and time you're taking out of you're day to make something for someone as well as time limit and what you need to remain housed. "Excessive" or not, there are people willing to buy at that price. I saw someone get a $1000 YCH bought out. I hope you're situation sort's itself out and you get afloat again
People are just concerned that if it’s too high priced it may not sell or will take ages to sell…The critiques are very useful! They’re only trying to help and the fact the artist changed prices a bit to reflect said criticism shows it’s not that far off from being true. You can’t just put something out and hope some rich asf person buys..that’s not an effective method of selling art and can take time before that rich person comes around wanting it if that ever happens which they don’t have time for! They need it for rent so it needs a buyer asap
They aren’t bullying and telling them to sell it for cheap or anything, most comments I’ve seen were just concerns of what could happen with high prices..If you can’t take criticism don’t be on the internet. The artist didn’t have to change prices but they chose to

@@testerwulf3357 while i agree critique can be helpful, some of the comments surrounding the price were incredibly rude, and didn't specifically express concern^^' theres plenty of more polite ones expressing that concern but others were telling him not to let his subscriber count 'get to his head' or that 'young artists are gonna think this is normal'
