    So, as this one is going live, I realized I made a mistake. I overlooked Mox Opal somehow, which should be #3. Woops.
    Some other FAQs:
    Q: Where is Mox Diamond?
    A: It has 37 points.
    Q: Where are the suspend cards from Time Spiral?
    A: None of them got enough points for the list
    Q: Where are the lands?
    A: I excluded lands for obvious reasons. I should have mentioned that in the video.
    Q: Where is Hangarback Walker in friends?
    A: I also excluded those, since I talked about all of them in X spells. Should have mentioned that too.

      @hi-i-am-atan Před 4 lety

      Neither lands nor suspend-only cards have mana costs. It's not that they have a CMC of 0, it's that they don't have a CMC, period. It doesn't exist. You specifically need the 0 mana symbol ( or have a mana cost of only X ) to have a CMC of zero - if that's missing, then the card has no CMC in any shape or form.
      Fun thing to note is that cards without mana costs can't be cast without some other form alternative cost. Lands get around this by being lands, not spells, so you don't play them by casting them in the first place - but if there was another type of card with no mana cost nor any other form of cost ( probably because it somehow got that text removed through another effect ) then it'd be impossible to play without circumventing casting it via a reanimation effect or something.

The fact that the idea of cards that lack mana costs exists in MtG even though they're functionally identical to cards with mana costs just feels _wrong_ and is only that way for the sake stuff like being able to put Transmute on a land instead of a functionally identical ability that can search 0 CMC cards and lands.

    You should have had all the 0 drop creatures in a single position in my opinion. There are about 5 zero drop creatures and while 1 of them is a Defender creature i can only see putting the Ornathropter at a different position because it is the best zero drop creature. I do hope that WotC have plans to make a "colored" zero drop creature so we don't just have artifact creatures being the only zero drops.
