I juice everyday now for the last month and I’m going to start tracking how I feel . Any joint paint or discomfort has slowly disappeared. I cut out processed sugars and meat too. Still working on cutting out processed foods cause I still consume some every now and then.
For a kick i add a few apples and a half a Jalapeño pepper to my green juice. Sometimes i will add a scoop of sunwarrior greens for extra greens to my green juice. mix very slow and low speed in my blender. Just to stir it in. Extra green!
That’s a dope set up. Can you drop links to the container and strainer you’re using to collect the juice? Do you vacuum seal? I juice greeen apple and fill to the top and it Browns quickly from the oxidation.
The color of the green juice is amazing. I just bought the J2 yesterday. I have an Omega juicer but it is so time consuming I don't use it as much as I want to. Can't wait to use the J2. Does the pulp come out really dry?
Nice video, I do the same with my Sana 727. Try a little food saver vacuum pump and mason jars for storage. I used to fill to the top before vacuum sealing was explained to me. I juice once a week for four days worth of juice.
@@azzygainz1268 Another tip from a committed juicer. I learn constantly about this. A $40.00 ozone machine to gaseous ozone the fruits and vegetables in a large sealed container in a refrigerator for two hours. Then you can rinse them off in vinegar solution, standard 5%. Very important fact, the amount of bacteria, mold you start with is key to preservation. 4 days is really the outside limit. I've seen very detailed studies showing 24hrs storage for the preservation of the key phytochems and nutrients. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7307432/
APTTMH, Azzy don’t cut the skin on your oranges, lemons, lime. That’s good flavor and nutrients gone. Just take it and squeeze it and you’ll see the juice come from them. Shalawam
I’ve heard from many credible sources that you SHOULD cut just the skin layer from citrus fruits. I think it’s good to do thorough research since so many people say very different things and it all “sounds” right.
Thanks so much brother for some great information i just bought a juicer its coming today all praises for all my people out here taking our health serious cleansing TMH temple. Shalom Question which ones do you mix together?
Shalawam, APTTMH I have different recipes that I’m still trying out.. but I like to mix my one vegetable with some fruit.. I normally stick with all green vegetables and fruit together
what’s your daily routine when juicing, what time do you drink your first juice and which juice do you drink 1st , 2nd, 3rd etc and just juice that’s it no snacks, food etc?? i’m trynna learn about juicing, thinking of starting…
What? U mean buying produce to juice at home vs buying pre-made juice at the store? Buying the produce & juicing it yourself is better for u overall & it's more cost effective.
Not exactly. Buying and juicing produce vs shopping for processed foods. Curious to know the numbers. Since I hear a lot of people say eating healthy is expensive.
Its expensive, but worth every penny. The time it saves not having to cut everything into tiny 1 inch x 1 inch pieces, then feeding one piece at a time in the machine, makes it worth it. So time-consuming. Just fill the Nama full and walk away. To juice all the stuff Azzy did in the video with older style juicers would have been an all day affair (not joking). I've been juicing for almost 20 years, and have used over 10 different machines. This is the most hassle-free juicer I've ever owned. Hands down my favorite to date.
You really shouldnt batch juice. The minute the fruit is exposed to oxygen it starts cooking (oxidation) and losing its nutrients ..so imagine what happens when your break them down.

Go for it king.. I haven’t cut out meat from my diet but I don’t eat it every day

Amazing
Where did you get the black strainer on the container from?
Beets with apples or orange is really good
Where did you purchase the strainer that fits into the nama jug?
I definitely need one of those.

Yes it does.. watermelon and oranges comes out a little wet because of the high amount of water it has but other then that the pulp comes out dry

Where do you find a pump? Amazon? I wanna invest in one! Thank you

Also a ozone machine can output to a water stone you can ozonate water to cleanse your produce.
@@mikemoon6245 thanks for the information I’ll going to look into it
I need seeds in my watermelon🍉
Getting on my juice tip real soon!
Right seeded fruits are the best.. it’s just e rare to find seeded watermelons were I’m at
Did the strainer on top of the container while you were juicing come with the Nama or was it your stainer?
It came with the nama

You only need to keep the white pith. Not the outer layer

Do u find that the green juice goes bad faster? Do u drink that one first?
It usually last about 3-4 days before it starts to go bad
And my grandpa and grandma
What were the ingredients for the watermelon and beet juice? Any other items added to that?
No other ingredients just watermelon and beets
Doesn’t the nutrition decrease the longer it’s stored before drinking?
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7307432/
Store them in mason jars 🫙 or freezer safe containers.
I thought with the mama j2 u didn’t have to cut that much ? I know some produce u have to breakdown but all?
You don’t really have to cut the produce up that much.. I just do it so it can go through the juicer much faster
Brother do you freeze your juice?
Yes only if I plan to keep them longer then 5 days to keep it fresh
How do you keep them fresh? Because my watermelon goes bad by day 3.
Add a slice of lemon to it.
Freeze the juice.. it’s help keep the juice fresh for longer amount of days

Where can I get that juicer?
The internet
I wonder what the difference is as far as costs of juicing fruits vs regular grocery shopping
What’s the name of the juicer
Nama J2
How much this juicer cost????
For the Nama j2 it’s going to run you about $500+ but you can make monthly payments of $50

What quantity of kale did you use to get that amount of juice?❤
Just one bunch
I juice mine with the skin on it my watermelon 🍉
Me too! It’s awesome!
Definitely something to look into
Sorry but you taking all the fibre out by straining it the fibre is good for you
I eat it too

Cold pressed juicers help keeps all the nutrients from the juice good
Stop it, come on man. You can't get this amount of juice per fruit it's literally impossible.
Sorry but it's a little bit deceptive.
