Thank you bro!
Thanks for this, your presentation is so smooth and easy to understand, but i have to ask, how do you get the trenches for internal walls that are not in line with the external walls?
Thank you for watching!
Every wall on a building plan has a unique identifier - grid line, with which it can be referenced during the building process.
Cheers!
How many of us came from WhatsApp, gather here let's do family meeting 😅😅😅. This is great Ade
Thanks a bunch
Alright thanks for the tutorial.
But my question is that,is it mandatory that the 6meter set back must be used or it depends on the land areas or the size of your land.
Thank you for watching!
The 6m setbacks is NOT mandatory.
It largely depends on the building line set by the development authority in the region
Why did you change to out to in when marking the numeric gridlines?
Thank you for watching!
Please kindly indicate at what time in the video you noticed that, so I may respond better.
Please what method of setting out is this? You know we have the 3-4-5 method, profile method, builder's square method and theodolite method
The method used in the video is The Builder's Square Method.
Thank you for watching!
Please Sir I'm a bit confuse after setting the 2m setback, how do I use the building square to place the profile.
Thank you for watching.
The 2m setback from the established building plan perimetre is simply a GUIDE for placing the profiles on a straight line parallel to the building perimetre.
The 2m value is not mandatory, the value could be higher or lower depending on how much space would be needed for excavation and the construction work.
Very educative.
More wisdom bro
Thank you for watching.
Good morning, plz do u have any video on setting out, that is for a building in a land that is not fenced unlike dis video u used in explanin dat is in a fenced land
Thank you for watching!
For a land that is not fenced, you simply have to;
>Establish the boundary with the property beacons - use pegs and lines to temporarily highlight the perimetre of the land
>Then take setbacks from the established perimetre
@@cluelessjunkie thanks bro
What will be the dept of excavation?
There is no exact depth for excavation. It largely depends on the kind of building being built, the soil type, and most importantly the specification in the engineer's drawings.
You’re in BSC 4, please let me know
Thanks for your teachings but how can I get your contacts
