Not gonna lie, was watching 2018 WUS and 2018 ESM back to back when the notification popped up and I literally had a heart attack. Watched the full 15 minutes with anxiety and mixed feelings and feeling much much relieved now!
It was a great pressing day, great inclined log, great seated axle, great both arms involved dumbbell, and great accessory work! The new Atlas Endurance stones arrived on 11th July so this is probably 10 days ago and I'm sure the deload shoulder session after this also would have been equally great. As you say Hafthor, "slowly but surely". It is coming. I think coming to the overhead press medley last after winning the Deadlift is huge for you. *If you can also develop the skill of doing the first 3 implements (163L, 170A, 177L), all without any mistakes, in a quick time, it will be a fantastic addition to your arsanel.*
    Three additional remarks:
    - I swear your Tshirt is so enormous I can probably use it as a bed sheet! Looking Gigantic already!
    - Translation of the Icelandic phrases is much appreciated! Love learning new words.
    - Hope your eyes are feeling better and recovering, if possible give us an update...

I feel your fear Brother. A tragedy can make us feel powerless. We realize that we’re not invincible. That’s a good thing. This fear of the unknown helps turn our hearts to God for reassurance that everything will be okay. Hafthor please stop worrying about something that you really can’t 100% control. Begin each day by putting your faith in God Our Father to watch over the health and lives of your family and yourself. Trust Him. When you trust God and His plan then worrying about the unknown goes away. Hafthor you’re the Strongest Man in the World. God gave you your natural, physical strength. Just like God gave Samson in the Bible his physical strength. We all have our gifts from God. So replace your fear of the unknown with trust in God to watch over you. Trust Him to keep you from any future injury while training and competing. Show the world the gift of strength that God has given you by winning the Shaw contest and every future contest. Your family is depending on you to let your fear go. But you can only defeat your fear by trusting in someone greater than yourself - God Our Father.
