Eddie Hall got DWARFED in their collab together, Baker is absolutely enormous.
@@GODOFHELLFIRE3 Eddie didn't get dwarfed, but Baker was definitely bigger in height as well as build.
He's around the same weight as Eddie was when Eddie won Worlds Strongest Man and did the world record deadlift of 500kg.
Thors upper body is really down from his peak. Give him a year and another 30lbs. He will peak then and should be stronger than he ever was

I honestly thought, after his injury, that his strength sport career was over, but at least that he would never benchpress heavy again. These injuries usually don't really heal. His did though, and I am amazed that he is back to pressing heavy 😮

Baker is a humble and strong guy. He should try strongman. idk about his other lifts but with that pressing power he would dominate every pressing events. We've seen powerlifters transition to the sport and they were adopted to it so quickly and well.
Most pressing is overhead in strongman which doesn't carry over as much from bench press.

The Gym Reaper isn't big, he's enormous: 6'3" 400 lbs. However, Thor is literally a giant and Baker looks like he's 5'10" standing next to Thor.
Spotter hooks for the dumbbells are a game changer if you can set them up.

If you recovered any pec injury best thing are incline bench press, and dumbellls. But i know bodybuilders and strongmen, can easily work without plain benchpressing, not powerlifters
