This is a channel made for those who search single tracks of the songs (vocals, guitar...), you can ask for a part of a song, but I don't know if I can upload it. If I can I probably will :D Anyway I don't get payed for this (or I get any money from anywhere), and I don't own any rights of the songs, I do this because is useful for people who want to listen "separated" tracks. (With "separated" I mean that the track you're listening is higher than other instruments. I can't totally remove other sounds :\). Hope you enjoy.
P.S.
There’s no way to separate tracks in an easy way, and probably there’s no way at all. Infact I don’t separate tracks, I just download them form fretsonfire.net, and I upload them. - Hudba
man that distortion tone is spot on - lower strings sound like chain saws in harmony.
yeeee man i really enjoy to listen just to guitar sound and those high notes having that masive rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr when they blend together
6:29 that riff man
Probably listened to this more than any other 'guitar only' track out there. Not necessarily because I like this particular song, but because it is the only isolated track I can find of basically the best rhythm guitar tone of all time. And that lead tone at 3:50 holy fuk.
holy fuk indeed dude!
Chills
But... you still like the song right?
Oh man, these Opeth tracks are pure gold for producer who are looking for this kind of sound, thanks a lot :)
Remember, you don't need that much gain to sound brutal. This is a testament to that.
Just use bigger chords and get a phat bass tone!
the gain on this is actually pretty high lol
Okay so this is NOT A cover or recreation. This is the actual mixed down stem from the album. Wow! Thanks so much for posting this. I love the heavy guitar tone going to tone match it ❤️
Am i the only one trying to make them fit with each other?
SadisticKillerXx No your not
I used to do that with Metallica isolated tracks all the time
Thanks for all of these tracks - I'm trying to learn this on guitar and having the backing track plus the isolated guitar makes it much easier!
This is soooooooooo Good!!! Really wanted to requested to do main guitar of THE DRAPERY FALLS !!!
gotta admit, that riff tho 4:57 fucking gorgeous
Sadly I can't seem to find the tab or the isolated audio of what being played in the background over here
@@labub if you go to a video called “Ghost of Perdition-Riff by riff” and go to the guy’s website. He has a tab covering that octave part as well as the underlying parts. Best tab I’ve found though the solo at 4:57 isn’t tabbed. You can find that part elsewhere though
Max Nielsen on CZcams has a conpletely tabbed out one take playthrough of the song
Wow man, 3 years later, but thanks a lot for this.
4:12 tasty!
You are doing God's work.
awesome :) can you please upload the guitar track of the lotus eater?
0:11
can you upload the second guitar? pls
This is already both of them
Already has. Just look for Ghost of Perdition Backing Track. It's on the channel
hey man, can you separate some other Opeth main guitar tracks? I'll pay you dude, if you can do 5 or 6 tracks from Still Life \m/
If I’m correct, this is the only TRUE Opeth isolated guitar track available, because this song was in a Rock Band game and they were able to dig it out of the game’s files
@@ottertotter Not exactly, the still life and Deliverance/Damnation tracks are both available.
@@lillaxxitiv1501 any idea on how to access them? 🤔
Did you pull this off on Audacity? I'm trying to look and find out how to extract single tracks for myself but I can't find the right places or when I do it doesn't work for me. If possible can you let me know where you got it from? I won't ask how you do it cause I know that would take up your time plus I'm sure you'd oppose of it :p thank you very much once again for these tracks!
Actually I don't do anything, there's a website where you can download these tracks, all I do is to put single tracks on audacity, export them as mp3 and make the video. You can find them on frets on fire forum as well :)
Is the sire fretsonfire.net? I'm searching through it right now. A bit lost. But I'll find my way around it. thanks!
yeah, my "as well" was misleading, the site is fretsonfire :)
So I am officially lost in the site, can't seem find those tracks you are talking about so I'll just give up lol thanks anyways!
+7246rainmaker This track was on the game Rock Band, people are able to extract the original instrument tracks from there. If you look up the Rock Band and Guitar Hero setlists, chances are that those songs have been uploaded as single instruments. Or at least, as backing tracks with some instruments missing.
so is this double tracked or quad tracked? to me it sounds doubled but if anyone knows for sure please let me know
Well I know they quad tracked bwp and watershed. Wouldn't surprise me if this is quad too. Usually they just layer a bunch of low distortion guitar tracks so it seems like it has more gain while keeping the clairity.
@@colinclark1981 yeah I did some research after I posted this comment and found that they used the method you described since Blackwater Park. Really cool stuff!
@@Haxprocess yeah. They use 2 sets of medium gain guitars and 2 sets of low gain guitars.i have the stems for heir apparent so I got to check that out its super cool.
@@colinclark1981 that's sick man! Yeah Opeth's production always amazes me, very rich and precise without sounding overly polished and sterile
@@Haxprocess yep. The acoustic guitars and lead guitars on watershed really blow me away. They sound absolutely phenomenal. Man I love opeth
So is this both guitars?
nope. pisses me off.
You'll find the 2nd rhythm guitars in the Ghost of Perdition Backing Track which has been uploaded to the same channel
Is this the original track?
Yes
How someone just can dislike the video? Are you guys deaf?
what the fuck is this tuning
DADFAE if I remember correctly.
@@teagueanderson7507 Its DADFAD
@@blackwatercat4263 No, it is DADFAE like the previous commentor said.
@@jcdenton616 you can use either tuning. The acoustic MAY have to be the add9 tuning. Doesn’t matter much as long as you get your note selection right. For the most part all of the tabs are in just open D minor
