The complaint i have is that the show is not entertaining because most of the time it's just the streamer who made the ban (or their mods) deciding on whether they should stay banned.
They read the message, indicate to the other 3 people that they didn't like what was said and would like them to stay banned, then the other three vote in a way that makes them stay banned in order to please the streamer affected by the message.
Whats the point in a council if only one persons opinion matters?
All 3 but emiru take bans to a personal level, so when an appeal gets brought back they get mad again.
Oh and also when they get mad again they force their opinion into others because thats what insecure/approval seeking streamers do.

The answer is again, entertainment. You're treating it like it's the supreme court. It's supposed to be just a fun and goofy way to browse their, and their guests' bans. Most of the time, they don't have the context as to how the user even gets banned and they ask the guests and most of the time it gets their guests back into the feeling they got when they banned the viewer, which makes the fury more fun. What you want to happen is the guest to just sit there quietly while they split hairs like a jury and decide whether or not this weird viewer deserves to get banned or not. You don't have to be serious about it. You can also not watch it if it's not your cup of tea. Up to you dawg.
