    The Brazilian Raintrees at 8:05 mins are outrageous ;-) ... I've never seen any like that, and I've seen quite a few, all different styles. He truly is a visionary.

      Souless W4rrior don't get discouraged. You can plant it and only do work on it once a year or just buy a fast growing tree

    Stupid question here, is electric tape a replacement for rafia? ( minute 5:23 ) Or is that on top of the rafia?

    • @FeelingBadBand
      @FeelingBadBand Před 6 lety +1

      That's just rubber. Bicycle air inner tubes

    • @lucasmonta1
      @lucasmonta1 Před 6 lety

      That's a replacement for Rafia? Cause I'm actually from Argentina, pretty near Brazil, and assuming the situation in similar there than here, rafia is something that I don't imagine finding easily( even though I haven't *really* search for it). So knowing this would work the same way would be great

    • @FeelingBadBand
      @FeelingBadBand Před 6 lety +1

      lucasmonta1 Here in Brazil, we use the rubber for the same purpose. Works the same way. BUT, raffia has some benefits like letting the trunks breathe and act as a fungicide too

    • @lucasmonta1
      @lucasmonta1 Před 6 lety

      Ah, good to know, thanks neighbour, will have it mind if end up not finding rafia!
