You can tell pipes loves Daniel man you can see why good stuff guys!!!!!
For many in this World, Money is NO Issue if they want to Expand their Domain. I worked with a Guy who decided they also wanted a Basement below a Slab. 🤔👍
Crazy
Yet another reason why I admire you, Mikey Pipes. :)
Wow, thank you!
I love playing it by ear and engineering on the fly. It’s the best way I go sometimes.
Time to switch to jasco full time!! I deliver in your area once a week. And would make special trips for you if needed. And thanks to Daniel for your first order!!
Sounds great!
Wow 😂 that is flipping unbelievable the amount of money to lower that basement wowser. Yea I will agree as of late Supply house has been dropping the ball even here in Michigan… But that is a super neat install ! You’re both deserve a pat on the back!!!❤
Thank you!!!
Daniel has the world by the balls. 24 and sky is the limit.
Facts!
I love the 4 inch filter. I always like to put one in if I can if there’s enough room good job.
I bought one of those 3/8 straighteners they work great highly recommended for somebody is doing HVAC
Youn Gentleman, like Daniel, are one in a million
Agreed!
First, so the old coil forever stuck in the framing off the side?
Second, Mikey you crack me up, you have come sooooo far from the first videos, kinda stiff and detailed to fun, and care free commentary 9:38 . It's great to watch the fun
👋 how’s your sister?
Love the foam tape 👌
Nice looking install as usual ... Thx
Tyvm
Looks Great !
Thanks!
Easy to nitpick from my phone but I’d recommend some separation under that plenum to protect the duct from moisture. Could eventually rot. Looks nice though. Crazy renovation 😮
Question, why not raise the air handler a few inches off floor? They dug down a foot or so closer to water table.
JEFFJDEM him and konbat are tuff.
Yeah 👍
Properly Installed Safe is Great Investment to keep your Valuables, Papers and Other Items Safe from both Vandals and Fire for Specified Time. Door is Solid Concrete.👍
Yes, you are right
I would recommend a Hayman plastic bodied floor safe with a C rated door. The plastic body doesn't sweat under ground like a metal safe will. I also think floor safes are the best for a homeowner. No matter the brand if you have a floor safe always store your documents in a plastic bag. If there is ever a fire and they use water all your docs will get soaked. Full disclosure I can get any safe I want as I am in the business and this is what I installed for myself.
Nice clean work!
But how is the contractor going to Sheetrock the wall since the unit appears to be butted up against it?
They will manage. It can move over or not needed. There is play in coil lineset
Perfect Perfect Perfect Make the trades great again Mikey Pipes and Daniel. #LoveBosch Expertly installed duct work guys. Smash that Like and Subscribe folks and help Mikey Pipes Make the Trades Great Again!!!
Nice work Mikey, I do have a question, why the 220v condensate pump?
because it's a 240v air handler and they ran 12-2 wire, so there's no "neutral wire" there, just equipment ground, leaving no way to power a 120v pump/device.

320 thumbs up
Thanks Steve
Was that a support post in the middle of the hallway? Nice. Make it fit.
Yes it was!

Mikey you better get that load off its getting to your Big Head. lol
Money money!!!!!!!!!!!
Where did that jackhammer go
Got knocked down as mc cable wire not being supported to boiler. s
Really?
330 is time to go home
Flynnstone or something from jersey
Did they really permanently frame in that old coil?? If it is that's one of the strangest things I've ever seen
according to plans, the concrete/block wall still has to come out or most of it, probably waiting for footings and posts to be installed, plus more framing/steel to support the house above first. granted the plans we seen didn't show all that.
I'm saying his unit may be in the wrong place or they don't show it being enclosed on those plans, because the 3'10" wide section he's looking at is only 1'11" deep, but maybe that's the foundation wall that will remain.to hold the above. need more plans! lol
I think it was supposed to be a prank on me
I hope they upgrade that heating system. Spend all this money and they leave old stuff
It’s going next
Might be UPS problem, not a Supplyhouse problem.
No. Orders don’t leave warehouse
Been having same issue with Supplyhouse. Since covid. How do you know when and if orders have left the warehouse? I just get a notification that delivery date has been rescheduled (or something like that)?
Jeff Dem?
There’s no way I let the GC cut the returner opening. Are you kidding me? They’re gonna screw it up for sure.
He said the gc's duct guys.
Is this the job where wife is in charge?
I don’t think so!
wwooo
Hi
JeffJDem
You guys don’t do your own metal work. I get it no money in ductwork. We do to many duct jobs. I just want more changeouts. Fuck the big ductwork jobs
We typically don’t do fabricating unless they are transitions for a replacement.
Hi
flynstone
Yup. That’s the guy!
