Thanks for such a great, clear video on how to use Slido, which seems to be the most user friendly of the polling platforms. Do the students need any type of account to be able to participate?
I also would like to integrate Slido into my Google Slides. How does that work? Unfortunately, though, I'm having a hard time getting my IT department to approve Add-ons. I suppose I could still have students respond to polls/questions without the add-ons but it's just nice if they can do everything in one spot. I tested out the Word Cloud feature with a student the other day and she really liked the QR code access!

Regarding your questions, students do not need to have any account - all they do is that they scan the QR code or just open www.slido.com and type in your event code. After that, they join your event and they can post questions or vote in polls once you activate them. Regarding Google Slides, you can learn more on this website: www.slido.com/googleslides but basically, you have to install an add-on on your browser to be able to use it. How to add background music in slido quiz?

Good morning, I'd like to be able to make a presentation to my local association to suggest we start using your platform for our divisional meetings where we could use software like this. Is there someone I could speak with to figure out how I can get a demo of the program in order to give a presentation In order to convince them to start using this technology. To date, they're still using pencil and paper for asking questions, voting on a shoes etc. It's time to change that and I could use your help please

Can we use it on mobile
Hi! If required, you are able to control your Slido event through your mobile phone by accessing the Slido admin through your browser. As a participant, you are able to join an event by scanning the QR code or entering the event code at slido.com.
