Seth's momentum was instantly stopped by the spike that pierced his upper back, tearing the muscle and narrowly avoiding cracking his ribcage. Production immediately raised the cage before his internal organs were impaled, but the injury was vicious and one that fans in attendance would not soon forget.
Of course then there's the reality where the production guy failed to stop the cage in time, but you don't want to know about that reality.

Yeah that Seth Rollins spot was technically the only thing on the list that was seconds from disaster. Everything else was inches, centimetres or millimetres. The titles on some of these videos definitely need more thought.
