It's unfair to hold America accountable for crimes committed by another country intent on breaking laws. The tendency to blame America for everything is not a new trend. when you buy a firearm in the usa you have to fill out a form then the clerk sends your info off to the tbi atf they run your name and clear you or deny you theres always a background check unless its a private sale then back ground isnt required but bill of sale is preferred in most states that has to have gun se number and the date and both parties signature along with a eye witness most cartels use people in the states with a clean clear record to buy them then the cartel pays them more for the guns and pay a mule to carry them over the boarder so with that being said dont blame the second amendment if you dont know what you are talking about
