They even check your posture, the way you sit, how well dressed are you. Your hairs (here in delhi in Old Rajinder Nagar there are literally shops for IAS haircuts).

The thing which keeps UPSC at top is not difficulty of questions. It's about the vast syllabus and less than 1000 seats every year. That too you have to be generally under 80 rank to become an IAS officer (General Category). And the thing which is most important that is UPSC not only examines your intelligence but also your overall personality, how are your speaking skills, social skills, reasoning skills, IQ, problem solving skills, decision making skills, You don't know what type of question or situation can be given to you in Interview. They even check your posture, the way you sit, how well dressed are you. Your hairs (here in delhi in Old Rajinder Nagar there are literally shops for IAS haircuts)
