I recommend maybe getting after effects if at all possible, or something like it. It would suite your intended animation style and the results would be much smoother than powerpoint.

I don't want this to sound like unwanted advice, but I would recommend you to have more characters than those that are already copyrighted, that way if their companies decide to screw you over, at least you'll have a couple of characters left.

I do have a few fun surprises in store than in that front! But from what I know, at the very least Sega and Toby Fox tend to play nice when it comes to fan projects, so I’m not too worried. Thanks for looking out for me though!

Powerpoint is not an animation program. Learn programs like Blender and Krita, those are free.

I'm not necessarily looking for voices at the moment, but thanks for the offer! You're free to record a sample and upload it on my discord server, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about my voices in that clip right there so maybe. I'll give you a shot if you want to try it, but I'm not entirely focused on fixing that at the moment.
