    I have trouble keeping one eye open in bright sun light due to autoimmune disorders, TV and digital devices don’t bother me. I’m torn between grey and possibly rose tint? I’ve read about FL-41 but I don’t have migraines or blue light issues. What do you recommend? I know definitely polarized.

    The brown seems to work so much better driving into the sun. Lane lines are more enhanced as are curbs and other things that tend to blend into the bright light. This is especially true if you have any difficulty with colors that have little contrast such as concrete and faded white lines. Things are just clearer. However, for just about everything else, the dark gray #3 polarized sunglasses work the best, especially when you need to see true colors.

      For just about everything else??? Not fishing. No comparison. Brown all the way. For backpacking, too. In fact, I think brown is the better all-around color to choose.

    Thanks for this video! I had my last pair of glasses UV coated with brown and hated it. Maybe it's because of my astigmatism that makes my eyes more sensitive to light due to the failure to refract light properly, but it never seemed to provide strong enough sun protection. I'm also not a fan of the way it distorted colors. After wearing that pair for two years, I'm excited for my new prescription pair of glasses, which will be coated with grey. I wonder if anyone else with astigmatism finds the brown coating to be too weak...

    I'm thinking of getting the brown lenses because I like warmer light and I don't really care about seeing true colours. If I want to see the colours as they are (brightness and all) I'll just take off the sunglasses. I'm getting them for light sensitivity sometimes and I want a warm tint.

    Could you help me? I have extreme photophobia and it's very painful to go outside.. I have undiagnosed neurological issues and I had a very sudden onset of myopia.. I'm getting my first ever prescription glasses and sunglasses and don't know what is best for me. I don't want to make the wrong decision. Part of me likes the bright of brown but I still have some pain but I don't want to go to dark and not be able to see.. what would be best for photophobia? And myopia if that makes a difference.. I need them for sunny and cloudy days as both hurt a lot and I live by the water so the glare hurts and I ride a bike a lot. Florescent lights also hurt.. thank you for any advice!

    For a color blind to browns and red, male (10% of world male population), what lens color would you suggest for mostly driving and a lot of fishing on lakes and ocean shore fishing here in So Cal? I just ordered from you but have not mailed yet my Oakley Turbine (gloss black frame) frame with requested black prism/polarized O Prizm lenses.

    yes I have sensitivity to light and drive at night, does a clear lens with Ar coating work? Also, is there any clear polarized lens?

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  Před 3 lety +3

      Correct! The best solution for night driving is a quality anti-reflective coating. An AR coating will help minimize harsh glare. If the severity of bright lights is what bothers you, as opposed to intense glare, it could be beneficial for you to try yellow lenses. However, many people find the experience of wearing a yellow lens to be pretty intense visually, rather than subtle and pleasing for your eyes; it lets less light through and is darker than a standard clear lens. As for a polarized lens, those will always come tinted. If you'd like to speak with an optician to go over what lens may be best for you, feel free to give SportRx a call! 888-831-5817 :)

    • @sportrxeyewear
      @sportrxeyewear  Před 2 lety +2

      Hey Arvind! It ultimately comes down to personal preference as well as where/when you're driving but i'd suggest a polarized brown if you're looking for a warmer tone with colors slightly boosted when looking through the lens or polarized grey if you want more of a true color tone. I find that grey works well in hot desert climates and brown for lush green environments.

    He takes a bit of a long way around to simple say if it’s in accordance with his will. Never is the name of Jesus a type of magic word. We ask in his name, otherwise you would be able to command people to be saved. Never lose sight of the fact we are servants, a servant does everything with humility.

    If you speak in tongues and have never had what you said interpreted, you are not speaking in tongues, just gibberish. And since Tongues ended, you have never actually spoken in tongues. Because tongues is the ability to speak a foreign language without knowing the language. But boy do Charismatic’s love it, believing they are communicating with God and angels. Read “the Charismatics and see the damage this fake gift does to the body of Christ”. C

      If grey and brown are at opposite ends of the contrast spectrum (grey keeping colors neutral while brown heightening contrast and color), then green lands smack dab in the middle. You get some level of contrast similar to brown while maintaining relatively true color tones comparable to grey.
