The prosecutor therefore have the right to establish Trump’s credibility. That’s why Stormy was questioned. If Trump had admitted it, yes there would be no purpose but the job of the prosecutors is to present facts to the jury and challenge false statements from the defendant. Also Stormy has the right to not be accused of lying without having the possibility to explain herself.
Cohen says trump knew. The only person who can prove he didn’t know is trump himself. Put him on the stand, Blanche, or let the jury rely on the testimony presented.

One of the things that makes me believe MC was originally a good guy (and has come full circle) is his family. They come over as good people and they stuck by Michael, waiting for him to come back to his senses. Something that helped wake him up was donnie leering at his 16-year-old (at the time) daughter. In many ways the Defense's questioning is helping many people see Cohen in a very sympathetic light. These words from Cohen have humanized him in many ways. I sure hope the jury feels the same. I'm praying for a guilty verdict!
