In the local bar, this is perfect, at home on headphones its perfect, yet any other method its sounding different, same complaint actually from the ones having the issue you are with the volumes, I don't know why it does that on certain sound cards and thru certain players, nothing is set weird or anything with it. But you're not the first to say that about my music and i wish i knew how to fix it so it sounds the same for everyone.
