Charles Leclerc’s “nightmare” at Ferrari seems set to worsen in 2025. This season has been a rollercoaster for him, plagued by reliability issues, crashes, and pit stop errors, leading to disappointing results. On the flip side, Lewis Hamilton has experienced a remarkable resurgence at Mercedes. With continuous car upgrades and a recent Grand Prix win, Hamilton has put his lengthy winless streak behind him, sparking intense speculation about the future of his rumored Ferrari deal. Internal dynamics at Ferrari are complex and tense, with Leclerc struggling to assert himself as the team's leader amidst Carlos Sainz's consistent point-scoring and technical team upheavals, including the departure of their technical director to Aston Martin.
Once Hamilton joins Ferrari, his championship pedigree and inspiring presence could overshadow Leclerc, potentially demoralizing him. This move could ignite fan debates and tensions, especially if team orders favor one driver over the other. The relationship between Hamilton and Leclerc, both on and off the track, will be crucial in maintaining team harmony and achieving success. Will Ferrari manage to navigate these challenges and emerge stronger? How will these dynamics unfold as the season progresses? Dive into the full analysis in our latest video! Get all the insights on Charles Leclerc, Ferrari's struggles, Lewis Hamilton's comeback, and the future of F1. Don't miss out!

The main issue at Ferrari and has been all throughout the ground effect era is the mechanical set up of the car. Especially the rear suspension, for 2 years it was far too harsh on the tyres and cooked them after 3 laps but helped get heat in during qualifying, now the car is quite kind on its tyres but cant heat them up in qualifying even if you covered them in burning oil, apart from the last couple races the actual race pace has been somewhat decent, Leclerc was lapping at the same pace as the leaders in Spain, and he caught a 50 second gap to bottas in the final stint at silverstone, this however does not matter if you are starting behind team who have similar or slightly faster race pace than you and you're liable to mess your drivers up with strategy, thats why Leclerc is trying to overcompensate with overdriving in qualifying like in Austria, which i think is an admirable mentality to not accept mediocrity but personally I dont think it's helping him keep rhythm for when the car does get better

What many people don't understand is that Ferrari is the best Hamilton has right now. Mercedes had long planned to remove him from the team (since the end of 2021). Check all the interviews. Like Toto who said the plan was for George to inherit the team after 2021 because the expectation was that LH would have retired by then, but also he and Alisson said they knew LH would eventually leave with the contract they offered him and Allison even said they were glad he did (a Freudian slip) but not with the timing Lewis announced it. It's all on the Internet, check it out. By announcing it, he cut the grass out from under their feet by not giving them time to quietly build George up so that when LH announced his departure, sponsors would be happy to stay with Mercedes because the "better" driver, George would still be on the team. Therefore, Lewis is still happy with his choice and as it should be!

I don't think that Lewis is "Back" by any means. He's certainly still a good driver, but people are giving a lot of hype like he's just pulled off 2020 again.
That being said, he will be a menace to Leclerc, if not on the track, behind the scenes. Lewis pulling in his own people, while being a giant investment from the COMPANY, means leclerc will be tossed aside unless he completely thrashes lewis from the word go.
Look at Raikkonen, Massa, Alonso, and Vettel, and more. When Ferrari gets a shiny new toy, the old one is tossed in the bin, and their careers are damaged irreparably.
Ferrari takes in drivers at or near their peaks, uses them, and then tosses them out (often late, or with damaged reputations/bad options) to the lower field.
    EX:
    Where is sainz going?
    Where did Alonso go?
    Where did Vettel go?
    Where did Kimi go?
    Where did Massa go?
Hell, IIRC, SHUMACHER was getting pressure to retire.
I feel bad for Leclerc. He's spent much of his young "hotshot" years fighting for Ferrari. I guess we'll see if Ferrari will fight for him, too.
The idea of "the team first" is big with him, at least compared to his rivals. Lewis is certainly not like that. Charles may end up as "the best second driver"...

@michaeltelfer3483 Does it? Other drivers had bad luck as well but only Charles is the one not at fault ever (at least in this video his mistakes were mentioned...)

I don’t think Leclerc has the mental state of a champion. Not saying he won’t figure it out someday, but he doesn’t have that Piastri style cool head.

I think it is anxiety of having to proof to Sir LH that is got to Leclerc. Sometimes it is just better to race faster with no chips on shoulders and taking it easy .

If Ferrari have a rough car for Lewis next season. I doubt he will be able to produce much. He struggled against Russell in a less than predictable Mercedes. Will be even harder in a car with different everything.

Well, sir, the thing that worries me the most about Ferrari is reliability their F1 cars and the street cars are just about the same here in Orange County California. I can count on one hand how many Ferraris I have not seen on the side of the road waiting for assistance or being towed 😫
