Reform has to gobble up labor votes, not just Tories votes. They have to gather countless volunteers to support them.
Bit difficult with almost no councillors to help them rally local support. Reform were never intended to gain any power, just to influence the Tory party.

Generally Reform got fewer votes than their poll results, especially in the mayoral elections where they generally got 3-9% vote shares. 4 Cllrs and one GLA member compared to 276 Independent and Resident Association Cllrs...up 104 or 60%. Independents are the answer. A Labour victory is not inevitable...but in most areas Reform is not the answer.

There is no tax in socialism - everybody earns similar amount of money and the idea of tax is not utilized. No person can own a farm or apartment - everything belongs to the government.

Although for you to use those properties you needed to “provide” for the state. If you “ had” a farm, that was all your responsibility to maintain it and keep it running, no government help if flooding etc. but if you could not provide what they told you to ( and they put well up the quota ) then you found yourself punished, just like now if you don’t pay your tax.
So they took a big chunk of your product what they did not contribute to. I call that taxing.
