Honestly I've never been much of a fan of their's before but ever since I found out what they looked like and knew that they (and others) were calling them black, it left a really weird taste in my mouth lol. I'm not American and being black is based on how you appear here where I live, not if you think you're mixed with black. Especially since that's how black people get discriminated against. No one is gonna ask for your family tree when they wanna discriminate, they just do if they look at you and think you're black. But I really hate how they used it as a shield but probably has never had to deal with most of the issues of being black (although im sure they had other issues to battle). Under this context it kind of puts things in a different perspective for me considering, from what I can remember Omnia would pull the "well im being treated unfairly because im a black afab!!" Which i think people probably thought was justified because you were/are labeled as an abuser. Lastly, so im not making you read a long ass essay 😭 hopefully Omnia doesn't drop another long ass Netflix docu-series with those corny ass thumbnails ever again. And hopefully their fanbase who feels the need to be on their back and foot and glaze them 24/7 will stop enabling omnias ways so that omnia can get offline and get the help they need, since it does seem, based on what you've said in your videos that omnia does need help so that they can circle back, be a better version of themselves and not harass, lie, and harm others mentally, emotionally, physically or whatever. I always found omnia's constant mention of kai being "convicted" as...bizarre? Especially the emphasis on his guilty plea. Granted, I'm not super knowledgable when it comes to law so correct me if I'm wrong, but a guilty plea doesn't automatically mean the person themselves thinks they're guilty, right? There have been many, many instances of people taking guilty plea agreements to avoid going through tedious and expensive legal proceedings. Some would rather just get a shorter sentence rather than fight their case and risk losing and getting a longer one, whether they're guilty or innocent. Idk that's just me though, and I'm a dumbass lol.
damn the lawyer stating that omnia wasn't being truthful with him is REALLY telling. lawyers will not say shit like that willy-nilly, and i've worked with a lot of lawyers (i was a probation officer). i'm also not surprised that their lawyer wasn't at the plea agreement. in my experience, a lot of lawyers will bow out at the very end so they can AVOID speaking against their client in any way. otherwise, it's REALLY unusual for a lawyer not to be there during a plea agreement. you can even hear in his voice how nervous he is in that call he's like "oh god this is awk" the fact that omnia put in their video a recording of someone who has no information telling them to ask someone who has the information. thanks omnia that clears it all up.

finished watching all omnia videos, ur livestream and this video; thing is omnia didnt even had to lie for ppl to believe them, everyone did n i was one of the first ppl to jump on the "we hate kai the abuser" train and you had numerous videos made on you going over past controversies and the at the time alleged abuse, literally all were in support of them and the only reason why ppl stared to raise an eyebrow at all of this was due to omnia's own abhorrent behavior, putting unnecessary items on the wish list, the confrontational "i'm right" attitude regarding bad harmfull videos and relunctant apologies, making up lies and exaggerations in public and in court (their own lawyer sayin he things omnia haven't been honest blew my mind), taking YOUR CAT from you and using said cat for more donations, engaging on a cultlike circlejerk of parasocial "friends" making prision fanfictions with minors present and letting said minors taking the "fall" for literal adults and their absolute need for control over the whole narrative blocking everyone, disallowing anyone making any type of content that criticised them in any shape or form, stalking your and your brother's socials and jumping on alts to defend themselves n start sht only pretending to be a fan, and literally threatening legal action saying you need to shut up about them + the situation in both public AND PRIVATE (how would they even enforce the private part??). omnia literally didnt had to do ANY of that for people to believe them and the court would have most likely gone on their favour if they didnt make sht so public and weren't such a lying liar cuz ur shit legit looked BAD and u were honestly (no shade) absolutely sht on defending urself or showing proof of anything personally what made me question omnia's behavior was how they tried taking your cat away, going from "she was my cat too" to "actually gaby would be caught in the crossfire of the abuse" to "she was my emotional support animal and kai would throw sht around that would hit her on accident" for the sole purpose of using her for donations and displaying her around on videos to hurt you. this gaby sht makes me visceral to this day cuz who the f does that. this paired with the minors on the niatology group coming foward to you in person telling you what was going on on those groups and the attempts of shutting u up even though u didnt even had 1/5 of their reach made be believe u maybe could have been a victim of reactive abuse. i've been in that type of situation for more than a decade now n the way sht triggered u paired with the way omnia acted were very similar to sht i have to deal with and other friends that been on the same situation; and the thought of someone being in it while it being so publicized while dealing with the theft of a companion animal and the death a mother made me sick to my stomach and was the thing that made me wanna listen to you. eigher way, for both kai and omnia; it dont rly matter if ppl are shitty, toxic or if u dont like them. anyone could be a victim of abuse and i rly wish the internet would get that through it's skull. one's whole attitude n actions can't make a person less of a victim and at the end of the day none of this sht was drama, there was a courtcase and both parties will have to carry a memory of it for the rest of their lives while a drama hungry audience will forget about it as soon as the "next big drama" comes up. anyways sorry this got this long. xzae i'm glad u got your gabby back, managed to get ur own appartment and im glad u seem to be doing way better that 2 years ago. hopefully this sht's all over now

I really don’t believe in the idea that “both parties are bad” when one Individual tried to have someone falsely imprisoned for nearly 28 YEARS, compared to the other individual who admitted to slapping said person; in self defense. Not only this, but it still denies Xzae of being a victim (which they are) while simultaneously still painting Omnia as the “victim” (which they are not, they are the abusive one here). With that being said I really do hope that you find some peace of mind and heart after all of this because it truly is traumatizing and is triggering me just listening to it. Also, Omnia does not deserve to have a platform and should be deplatformed and should stay off of all of social media.
while I admit you've made mistakes, plenty of them, the reason I believe you (like i've commented a few times) is you've taken accountability best you can and aren't claiming things are 100% truth or lies with out some sort of proof being presented. Omnia....just hasn't done that at all, It's always them claiming things with lack luster proof- no proof and then finding any little mistake you make to call you the liar while avoiding taking any sort of accountability for their own mistakes/ lies. I'll probably say this a trillion times in regards to omnia, But they really should not of expected to release that 5 video series, when they were already called out for both their video on trauma vs drama + it's apology, and expect people to side with them 100% with out fact checking anything. The end of the last video with them trash talking lio+ peaches (seriously you'd think they would stop this petty peaches thing but apparently not lol) really didn't do them any favors either as Lio and peaches are both respected members of the community, lio especially being well known to DEFEND victims and call out people on being petty/ unreasonable. knowing omnia might of chickened out of a call says alot imo, because lio does not put all his eggs in one basket, hes willing to hold the victim themselves accountable for their own actions. Literally that reads as omnia quite literally saying "I'll never take accountability because I'm always right!" you posted this 6 months ago so maybe things have changed for you but im here from their recent lio video, but to understand all the context of that i had to deep dive down all of this and still need to watch lios video but i digress. in good faith as someone who has also had to hit back to defend themselves against someones outbursts, i cannot see kai as guilty here. they broke it down really well during this part 3 series when they claim you cannot sum up a year of abuse in an hour, by the point you hit back its because youve been hit hundreds of times before, in my case it was family but im a firm believer that all abuse is abuse, it doesnt matter if it comes from foreign hands or the ones that raised you. at some point you're out of options and the only thing left is fight or flight

After removing myself from the environment, months worth of self-healing, and taking my own accountability with you I’m so sorry for passing judgment without knowing what was on the other side of the fence. I can definitely say as a cat owner one of my cats was mistreated by previous owners always been bit jumpy and skittish around people he's a lot better now but not so much with people he doesn't trust. Clearly Gabriella isn't like that with you, it's clear that you are a wonderful caretaker for her. Not all cats show their bellies especially to those who apparently mistreat them, plus she looks happy and healthy I'm glad that she's with a trusted friend. It sounded like to me that Omina wanted Gabriella for their own benefit for themselves also to hurt you in the process which is absolute awful especially for Gabreilla as well I’m so happy that you got your best friend back!
Animals can def get stressed and ill over sudden changes in the household, so yes it makes sense that Minnie may have gotten sick after Gabbie left. But that's not really your problem. It's upsetting but it's not your fault, you were completely in the right taking your cat with you.

Like you've said in your videos and in some comment replies, you're not an angel and you've done wrong in this relationship as well. But I am so sorry for immediately jumping on the Omnia train when they first came out with the allegations. I donated to them thinking they were going through a violent version of what I had literally just escaped from days earlier even though I didn't have much money myself. I'm glad I watched your videos and read your tweets as you started coming out with your side over the past year. I still don't know the whole truth and likely never will, however as you've stated multiple times before, you're no angel yourself and it's clear that they're not the helpless victim they're making themself out to be. The Gabriella situation while it was unfolding is what really made me lose all respect for them and really lean towards actually believing you as you do not take someone's beloved pet away from them. Also, bipolar is not an excuse. I remember on their old channel they made a video about it and how it affects them. I have type 1 and it can be manageable with the right blend of medication, therapy and hard work. Coming from a bipolar sufferer covered in scars and has supports in place (both people and things I do myself) to get myself through episodes without harm to myself or those around me. Bipolar is terrifying, especially when psychosis kicks in but it's no excuse to be an asshole. It is possible to get help. Zae, I don't blame you for being scared physically even though you're bigger than them. When I'm manic (which is when I'm a danger to myself an others), I'm physically stronger. I don't need sleep, I don't need food, I barely feel pain, I have what feels like infinite amounts of energy and I have a lot more strength than the regular me has. It feels super human and when the episode ends, I crash big time because I've gone past my body's limits for the past 1-2 weeks. I do not blame you for having to defend yourself. Edit while watching: I don't know if it's the same in America, but in Australia but you can have an occupant who isn't a lease holder. This is for both dependent minors (so kids) and also people over 18 who aren't going to be part of lease, only occupying the property. So them being the only one signing the lease agreement but you still living their and the agency not penalising them makes sense to me. If anyone could confirm if this is a thing in America too, that would be great.

I know you want to move on from this whole situation (not to diminish this but because I lack the words of what to call it) but I feel you should know that Omnia is implying on their Twitter that they "had to say yes to things." To me it seems like they are implying nonconsensual moments in your relationship. Which I not only don't remember being part of their original claims, but they are also trying to imply that it was out of a survival necessity. That they "had to lie to escape." Whether or not this is Omnia trying to make a new claim or nor is irrelevant, as they not only imply they are a victim of SA but that you are the abusers, and of course Omnia word themselves in a way to give them deniability. yeah, I have no idea what they’re on. I think omnia is just willing to tell their audience anything to absolve themselves of any accountability, and make me look like the worst human possible. It’s really ironic coming from someone claiming to not want to ruin my life. Omnia is absolutely implying I sexually assaulted them, and also implying I attempted/would attempt to murder them at any point if they said no. I would never initiate sexual advances with my ex without their consent, especially before we broke up. All of our encounters have been consensual, and I would NEVER do anything that omnia wasn’t comfortable with. I do not roll like that, consent is HUGE for me. I have a question about the court case recordings you've provided in your video. Are these clips playing what happened in the courtroom in full, or are they shortened for the sake of commentary? I ask because I'm trying to find out how much more I would need to look into this to get a clearer understanding of the situation that happened.
@@PrinceXzae Blame me for not watching the video in full and wanting to see what I can verify with certainty first knowing there were recordings in this video. I'd imagine that you'd provide the court proceedings in full if you could. But it definitely makes this harder to verify the facts of the situation as an outside party. This isn't a criticism of you, or your video for that matter, and I'm not even claiming that this was meant to be dishonest. This is just the nature of complex legal problems coming to the internet I'd imagine. If what you both allege against each other post plea bargain has any truth to it, it's a very difficult and complicated situation for you both. When you both have conflicting testimonies and pieces of evidence, it's realistically to the discretion of the viewer to try and verify for themselves what is the truth and what's not, and in a situation like this, it's easier to come to a conclusion if you were actually in the courtroom that day, so hopefully my message gets across well along with my intent, because I'm not trying to criticize or make a request for anything here. More trying to gauge what I'd need to do if I wanted to understand in full without an air of reasonable doubt. It's not that I distrust anyone saying anything of course. But there's definitely questions I've been having watching these playlists, and knowing exactly what happened in the courtroom is probably the biggest one I and many others likely have. And to be fair I've only reviewed the first 20 minutes of this video, but, if anything this question was not meant for anything but trying to see what I could verify for myself as an outside party. I'll be sure to give you the same courtesy that I gave Omnia, and be sure to hold their video to the same standards I hold your's. What can we objectively say for certainty, and what I can say with certainty is that this was an abusive relationship. But there's not one "victim" and one "abuser" in most abusive relationships. That's just not how relationships work 9 times out of 10. And most commonly these cases are complex and nuance, unlike what most media depicting it would like to have you think.

Honestly I've never been much of a fan of their's before but ever since I found out what they looked like and knew that they (and others) were calling them black, it left a really weird taste in my mouth lol. I'm not American and being black is based on how you appear here where I live, not if you think you're mixed with black. Especially since that's how black people get discriminated against. No one is gonna ask for your family tree when they wanna discriminate, they just do if they look at you and think you're black. I always found omnia's constant mention of kai being "convicted" as...bizarre? Especially the emphasis on his guilty plea. Granted, I'm not super knowledgable when it comes to law so correct me if I'm wrong, but a guilty plea doesn't automatically mean the person themselves thinks they're guilty, right? There have been many, many instances of people taking guilty plea agreements to avoid going through tedious and expensive legal proceedings. Some would rather just get a shorter sentence rather than fight their case and risk losing and getting a longer one, whether they're guilty or innocent. Idk that's just me though, and I'm a dumbass lol.
damn the lawyer stating that omnia wasn't being truthful with him is REALLY telling. lawyers will not say shit like that willy-nilly, and i've worked with a lot of lawyers (i was a probation officer). i'm also not surprised that their lawyer wasn't at the plea agreement. in my experience, a lot of lawyers will bow out at the very end so they can AVOID speaking against their client in any way. otherwise, it's REALLY unusual for a lawyer not to be there during a plea agreement.

finished watching all omnia videos, ur livestream and this video; thing is omnia didnt even had to lie for ppl to believe them, everyone did n i was one of the first ppl to jump on the "we hate kai the abuser" train and you had numerous videos made on you going over past controversies and the at the time alleged abuse, literally all were in support of them and the only reason why ppl stared to raise an eyebrow at all of this was due to omnia's own abhorrent behavior, putting unnecessary items on the wish list, the confrontational "i'm right" attitude regarding bad harmfull videos and relunctant apologies, making up lies and exaggerations in public and in court (their own lawyer sayin he things omnia haven't been honest blew my mind), taking YOUR CAT from you and using said cat for more donations, engaging on a cultlike circlejerk of parasocial "friends" making prision fanfictions with minors present and letting said minors taking the "fall" for literal adults and their absolute need for control over the whole narrative blocking everyone, disallowing anyone making any type of content that criticised them in any shape or form, stalking your and your brother's socials and jumping on alts to defend themselves n start sht only pretending to be a fan, and literally threatening legal action saying you need to shut up about them + the situation in both public AND PRIVATE (how would they even enforce the private part??).

I really don’t believe in the idea that “both parties are bad” when one Individual tried to have someone falsely imprisoned for nearly 28 YEARS, compared to the other individual who admitted to slapping said person; in self defense. Not only this, but it still denies Xzae of being a victim (which they are) while simultaneously still painting Omnia as the “victim” (which they are not, they are the abusive one here). With that being said I really do hope that you find some peace of mind and heart after all of this because it truly is traumatizing and is triggering me just listening to it. Also, Omnia does not deserve to have a platform and should be deplatformed and should stay off of all of social media.
Not to say there’s any fun to be had in this situation, but it really does feel satisfying knowing that your patience is finally paying off
while I admit you've made mistakes, plenty of them, the reason I believe you (like i've commented a few times) is you've taken accountability best you can and aren't claiming things are 100% truth or lies with out some sort of proof being presented. Omnia....just hasn't done that at all, It's always them claiming things with lack luster proof- no proof and then finding any little mistake you make to call you the liar while avoiding taking any sort of accountability for their own mistakes/ lies.

I can definitely say as a cat owner one of my cats was mistreated by previous owners always been bit jumpy and skittish around people he's a lot better now but not so much with people he doesn't trust. Clearly Gabriella isn't like that with you, it's clear that you are a wonderful caretaker for her. Not all cats show their bellies especially to those who apparently mistreat them, plus she looks happy and healthy I'm glad that she's with a trusted friend. It sounded like to me that Omina wanted Gabriella for their own benefit for themselves also to hurt you in the process which is absolute awful especially for Gabreilla as well I’m so happy that you got your best friend back!
Animals can def get stressed and ill over sudden changes in the household, so yes it makes sense that Minnie may have gotten sick after Gabbie left. But that's not really your problem. It's upsetting but it's not your fault, you were completely in the right taking your cat with you.

Like you've said in your videos and in some comment replies, you're not an angel and you've done wrong in this relationship as well. But I am so sorry for immediately jumping on the Omnia train when they first came out with the allegations. I donated to them thinking they were going through a violent version of what I had literally just escaped from days earlier even though I didn't have much money myself. I'm glad I watched your videos and read your tweets as you started coming out with your side over the past year. I still don't know the whole truth and likely never will, however as you've stated multiple times before, you're no angel yourself and it's clear that they're not the helpless victim they're making themself out to be. The Gabriella situation while it was unfolding is what really made me lose all respect for them and really lean towards actually believing you as you do not take someone's beloved pet away from them.
Also, bipolar is not an excuse. I remember on their old channel they made a video about it and how it affects them. I have type 1 and it can be manageable with the right blend of medication, therapy and hard work. Coming from a bipolar sufferer covered in scars and has supports in place (both people and things I do myself) to get myself through episodes without harm to myself or those around me. Bipolar is terrifying, especially when psychosis kicks in but it's no excuse to be an asshole. It is possible to get help. Zae, I don't blame you for being scared physically even though you're bigger than them. When I'm manic (which is when I'm a danger to myself an others), I'm physically stronger. I don't need sleep, I don't need food, I barely feel pain, I have what feels like infinite amounts of energy and I have a lot more strength than the regular me has. It feels super human and when the episode ends, I crash big time because I've gone past my body's limits for the past 1-2 weeks. I do not blame you for having to defend yourself.
Edit while watching: I don't know if it's the same in America, but in Australia but you can have an occupant who isn't a lease holder. This is for both dependent minors (so kids) and also people over 18 who aren't going to be part of lease, only occupying the property. So them being the only one signing the lease agreement but you still living their and the agency not penalising them makes sense to me. If anyone could confirm if this is a thing in America too, that would be great.

I know you want to move on from this whole situation (not to diminish this but because I lack the words of what to call it) but I feel you should know that Omnia is implying on their Twitter that they "had to say yes to things." To me it seems like they are implying nonconsensual moments in your relationship. Which I not only don't remember being part of their original claims, but they are also trying to imply that it was out of a survival necessity. That they "had to lie to escape." Whether or not this is Omnia trying to make a new claim or nor is irrelevant, as they not only imply they are a victim of SA but that you are the abusers, and of course Omnia word themselves in a way to give them deniability. yeah, I have no idea what they’re on. I think omnia is just willing to tell their audience anything to absolve themselves of any accountability, and make me look like the worst human possible. It’s really ironic coming from someone claiming to not want to ruin my life.
I’m hoping to just let them scream to the void until people (and hopefully themselves) finally see they’re just doing this to their own benefit. Omnia is absolutely implying I sexually assaulted them, and also implying I attempted/would attempt to murder them at any point if they said no. I would never do something like this and I’m completely disgusted by the length and desperation to make a claim like this. I would never initiate sexual advances with my ex without their consent, especially before we broke up. All of our encounters have been consensual, and I would NEVER do anything that omnia wasn’t comfortable with. I do not roll like that, consent is HUGE for me.
Omnia is just trying to avoid accountability for the fact we had several consensual encounters before we broke up officially, and I became the “abuser”. and the only way they can do that is amplifying this “fearing for their life” narrative for the umpteenth time.
It’s gross, I hate it, I regret ever dating this person, and if I knew all of this would happen I would’ve never talked to them in the first place. I hope they just,, move, move on, and find some new supply to obsess over so they can finally put a cap on talking about me. I’m actively avoiding commenting on any of this because I’m so sure part of it is just for attention, and my reaction. Which I refuse to give them. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I don’t think I’ll follow it up with a video or anything unless it gets really bad, but I’d recommend anyone just let them tweet until the cows come home.

I have a question about the court case recordings you've provided in your video. Are these clips playing what happened in the courtroom in full, or are they shortened for the sake of commentary? I ask because I'm trying to find out how much more I would need to look into this to get a clearer understanding of the situation that happened.

@@PrinceXzae Blame me for not watching the video in full and wanting to see what I can verify with certainty first knowing there were recordings in this video. I'd imagine that you'd provide the court proceedings in full if you could. But it definitely makes this harder to verify the facts of the situation as an outside party. This isn't a criticism of you, or your video for that matter, and I'm not even claiming that this was meant to be dishonest. This is just the nature of complex legal problems coming to the internet I'd imagine. If what you both allege against each other post plea bargain has any truth to it, it's a very difficult and complicated situation for you both.
When you both have conflicting testimonies and pieces of evidence, it's realistically to the discretion of the viewer to try and verify for themselves what is the truth and what's not, and in a situation like this, it's easier to come to a conclusion if you were actually in the courtroom that day, so hopefully my message gets across well along with my intent, because I'm not trying to criticize or make a request for anything here. More trying to gauge what I'd need to do if I wanted to understand in full without an air of reasonable doubt. It's not that I distrust anyone saying anything of course. But there's definitely questions I've been having watching these playlists, and knowing exactly what happened in the courtroom is probably the biggest one I and many others likely have. And to be fair I've only reviewed the first 20 minutes of this video, but, if anything this question was not meant for anything but trying to see what I could verify for myself as an outside party. I'd imagine regardless of who's telling the truth this has been a difficult situation for both sides of this situation. Thank you both for being as open and transparent about things as you have. I imagine this hasn't been something easy for either of you, especially when the internet isn't entitled to know about the details of this case. I'll be sure to give you the same courtesy that I gave Omnia, and be sure to hold their video to the same standards I hold your's. What can we objectively say for certainty, and what I can say with certainty is that this was an abusive relationship. But there's not one "victim" and one "abuser" in most abusive relationships. That's just not how relationships work 9 times out of 10. And most commonly these cases are complex and nuance, unlike what most media depicting it would like to have you think.
