    Basics:
    Start out on your back and go up. Keeping hips bent and kicking with your heels to change the pitch of the body from back to belly. Reach out with arms and legs to catch the wind.
    Common mistakes
    Pushing with the hips to generate lift, not doing the entire transition in one movement, and not getting enough space to do the transition.
    Keys to success
    Start low then “pop” up to make the transition.
