Hello Lewis, i just found your channel "again" while looking at circuit schematics online and brought me to your channel. I just subscribed and am happy to see your channel again as i learnt a load of stuff from you when i began learning electronics a few years back.. THANK YOU FOR SHARING 👍😊🇮🇪
I found it very interesting that CZcams is now sending me adverts for "bipolar" medicines after viewing your "bipolar" transistor tutorials. Perhaps you should call them "non-unipolar". 😁
What's the max amps lm317 can withstand in this configuration? It might need a heats ink? Also the same for the power fets. Can you explain how the lm317 gives the load to the power fets and not taking it by itself? Thank you I learn a lot for those examples!
Going to higher collector currents reduces the current gain. But going to higher temperatures increases the current gain again and also reduces the Vbe. So these tendencies partially compensate the current gain as long as you don't overdo it. Of course it is not wise to operate a BJT at junction temperatures of 100 °C or above.
Hi, man i want to make an h-bridge for arduino but aldo want to control the speed of the motor. There are more questions that i would like to ask about this.

Thanks and welcome

Nicely explained, better to show very last updated component values in Schematic.
Thanks
Would be neat to also do the same things with a mosfets and op amp, later (constant current).
Thanks a lot

Audio is CENTERED this time, but distorted. thus must have been recorded too loud somewhere.

Audio volume is good. A bit of distortion as though being over driven somewhat. Otherwise better.
Audio overload a lot
