If you can look real close and see those squares of plexiglass angled towards President Biden on those stands in front of them, those are actually special see-through teleprompters so that notes or speeches can be displayed on them for situations on camera like this, without there being a super obvious teleprompter in the middle of the floor. There's also a screen inside the podium as well. Almost all politicians use those plexiglass see-through teleprompters.
