Dolphin M400 product review after first season with it

Hands-down this is the best pool cleaner I have seen. After the first season of using this pool cleaner, I no longer had to vacuum or scrub the walls. This gave me hours of my summer back.

Same story, until the second year. There is a known cable and power supply issue. Loved it until it stopped working. This is our 3rd Maytronics dolphin that has gone bad.

How was customer service when you had problems with your, I am curious to know what to expect if I have issues with mine, I hope I don’t have any issues. But I feel it is better to be prepared

does it climb walls? mine doesn't 😑

Yes it climbs walls very nicely. It definitely does a great job on the walls. I used to have to scrub my walls mid season. Not any more after getting this pool vacuum

@@MarkenAndSonAdventures oh mine must be faulty then. does the handle have to be in a certain position for it to climb wall? if a wall has a narrow ledge in the middle section will it clim over that ledge as well?
