Omg we encountered the same problem last night, just found your video today and it was very very helpful. My dryer is up and running like new now, thanks to your video and to my handy Man husband 😊
Hey thanks. I have heard so many success stories, and each one makes me smile! You did good marrying a handy guy. They are a rare bread these days!!
They never go back
What size wire did you use to connect it??
I just used a small wire. Doesn’t have to be that thick. Just something to connect the power to all 3 of the connections
MacGyver.
Thanks Mine has been working for a couple of years now. This is a common problems with these dryer’s
What is the chemical that you used?
Hi Steven, Would you like to try our handheld pool vacuum? if you are interested, please send me your email, thanks.
Its medals… tap water…. Test your tap water folks
I was worrying over this for like 3 days. It was that easy.. Thx man
No problem. I like to hear when my videos help!
THANKS! Great instructions. I put a large flat pan under the front of the machine to catch the water.
No problem. I like to hear when my videos help!
One other thing to check on these is pull back the rubber shield thing around the door opening and make sure no socks or other small clothing is stuck behind it. That was causing a lot of my smell issues in the drum.
Yep these machines are known for small clothing items to get caught in there.
Can you explain why that worked? My 2013’tacoma is doing something similar
To my knowledge the relay just goes bad. And needs to be replaced. Mine is still working great since I changed out the relay. I bet if you change out your relay, it would fix you problem.
@@MarkenAndSonAdventures thanks! Mine doesn’t actually blink all the time, just seems like sometimes it randomly starts blinking.
does it climb walls? mine doesn't 😑
Yes it climbs walls very nicely. It definitely does a great job on the walls. I used to have to scrub my walls mid season. Not any more after getting this pool vacuum
@@MarkenAndSonAdventures oh mine must be faulty then. does the handle have to be in a certain position for it to climb wall? if a wall has a narrow ledge in the middle section will it clim over that ledge as well?
Thank you!
No problem. I hope my videos help. It is pool season
You fixed the symptom but not the problem. You must replace the relay on the other side of the board. It overheated and generated enough heat to have a micro explosion that blew off the soldered joint on the other side.
You are correct I did replace the relay on the other side and am putting the real problem off till another day. I did my fix almost 2 years ago and it is working perfect. I have had so many success stories since I posted this video. So sometimes the simplest fix is the best solution in my books. Thanks for watching and I hope my video helped!!
So I basically did as video shows and it worked! My unit had total blackout with no codes no power and a wet load .The only difference is my unit is newer kenmore he4t and the 7mil bolts were 3 hex screws . Ended up using a scissors Jack but wasn’t needed. If the feet on your unit are tall enough you will be able to do it without lifting..cheers for the video.I thought I knew everything but never thought of filter for washing machines..Makes sense…
He is so sad he lost his money but he learned how to manage money
Shoot! I had really high hopes that this would be my fix. Unfortunately my circuit board was not damaged at all. No scorched plastic, not bad solder connection. Any thoughts? Thank you!
So you have the F01 code and no damage at all to your circuit board. I’m not sure what to think. I have had so many success stories shared back with me, but this is a first with no damage to circuit board.
@@MarkenAndSonAdventures yep. I know. Very weird! Thank you for replying. I was really hoping and expecting to see that scorched plastic and black solder point but it’s absolutely fine. 😕 I’m not sure what to try next. Again, I really appreciate you!
Try replacing the thermister
@@danmckenna8127 guessing you meant thermostat? 😉 I’ll look into that. It’s been working now for a bit but if history is an indicator, it will happen again. 👍
If I lay on top of my dryer like you did with yours it would dent it down against the tub and I'd have to listen to it scrape against it for the rest of my life or until I took the top off again and pushed out the dent. I don't recommend laying on the top of your dryer or putting any real weight on the lid at all.
The only suggestion I have is one you take the cover off take it off those blocks as that water runs to the slope of your floor and its about 1/4 to a 1/2 gallon of water in there.. OR put 2 towels in the back to catch that water..
Incredible! 💦
Magic Eraser works too. Just a little more work, but no backwashing needed.
🎉
What is the name of the machine you used?
🎉
thank you very much. I had to try twice. the first time, I didn't do a good job with the soldering. I watched a video on how to solder and bam I got it. Dryer is working well. It cost me 4 bucks, I had to buy solder. Thank you very much.
I love hearing your success story, it really makes my day hearing that. That’s awesome!!
Repost with better title..
Nice. Can you give us an update?
I sure can once spring gets here. I will be doing spring clean up soon
It’s revving too high, you need to adjust the governor. Check your oil and see if it’s above the mark, smell the dipstick and see if you smell gas if so then you might have a leak in your fuel pump diaphragm. Nice little unit would love to have one 👍
I kept getting F21 error code, this video helped as I didn’t have a trapdoor on mine either thanks
just sound....
Famous last words "don't be afraid of electricity," 😂 RIP kind sir but thanks for the great video.
happiest boy!!
Its s snow plough
It would work as a snow plow. It is a Struck bulldozer MD1600 from the Struck company in Wisconsin
Put a little diesel init, horrible noise though, have to fuk with a silencer, Honda c 50 quietest
I actually built myself a 'ramp' from scrap wood (real sturdy, almost solid wood all through). This way I can easily slid under my good old Mitsu Lancer...
So, this thingy actually has a front jacking point?! Cool.
1 yr w/o changing is actually bad in my personal experience. Even after 6 mo it comes out real dark.
I always lose my dam 10mm socket and wrench! Wtf?
It really is some phenomenon that it is that easy to lose a 10mm socket.
Thank you , for showing the video !
No problem. Im happy my videos help you out. Thanks for watching
Good job, buddy, that was so fast!! Give him some cards to stick in there Dad❤
We used to use cheap baseball or Pokémon cards for this! Felt like I was the boss of my culdesac😂
Nice one
Check out Kranzel pressure washer at obsess garage. You can mount it on the wall inside your garage with a nice hose reel. It will last a lifetime and it’s super quiet
I would never get under the car just relying on the jack.. Even if It’s a quality jack it doesn’t matter never get under a car without jackstands
Wow exact sams issue. Exact part of the circuit. Fixed her. Wife said she's gonna blow me for it later. Great video man. 💪😎
Hey awesome comment. I love hearing the success story’s!!
Lucky you...I'm fixing this for my mom...maybe I'll just get dinner

Here is the link to Amazon of the one I bought It is a very common relay. I hope that helps
Awesome! Thank you so much!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks
Thank you sir. Its snowing here in Virginia, and the dryer quit for the 3rd time being something different every time. This time, this issue you spoke of was the problem. I pulled the burned board out and soldered like you mentioned. Back in business with a total turn key job less than 45 minutes. Included the walk to the shop in tje snow storm. That was a challenging part .lol.😅
I love hearing this. This really makes my day hearing success stories. My dryer is still going strong since I fixed mine. You should be good to go for a long time!!
@youneedasteven516 I always like to say thank you to people that help me. If you need any auto mechanic or aviation help, let me know sir. Thanks again hero.
It worked! Thanks!
I love hearing this has helped. My machine is still going strong. You should be in good shape now for a while. Thanks for watching
