It’s so nice that you allow them the use of your parking lot to sell products
I can't believe the vet didn't even remotely suggest a decent hoof trim for Charlie😮 esp where laminitis is concerned & his feet so blatantly needing a trim!!!
After dealing with laminitis and spending literally thousands to get my horse back, I was horrified by this whole interaction. I know they can't show everything, but laminitis is an emergency and he didn't convey the very serious nature of this horses condition at all. Horses die/get put down from this unless the management is addressed completely. I was very disappointed in the lackadaisical approach. When people who don't know watch this it makes it seem like it's nothing!
Pony needs a dry lot, therapeutic boots, massive trimming overhaul, and NO SUGAR or grass. Forever. Or he will always be in pain!
The fierce territorial battles of the sea lions were a display of strength, but it's a bit controversial to be entertained by such power struggles, isn't it?
@@3winanimal koo koo for Cocoa Puffs
@@barbaralandrycooper3892 :
As soon as I saw this FAT pony , I knew that it was grass foundered but bear in mind that this isn't a well bred , highly schooled equine athlete but merely a yard ornament and a SLIGHTLY foundered one at that .
I think that this was indeed addressed correctly .
Stop over reacting .
I'm sure that more had been outlined behind the cameras.
@@3winanimal: No .
“Charlie Horse” and “Jane Doe” just adorable!
I was surprised you didn't take X-rays of Charlie's hooves to check for rotation of the coffin bones. ???
I don't think Charlie has been afflicted with laminitis for long enough for Rotation of the Coffin Bones to be a risk.
How would you know without checking? It only takes a couple of days of active laminitis to cause rotation/permanent damage.
@@barbaralandrycooper3892 Well, maybe it happened off-screen then. I wouldn't know, it's not like I'm involved in filming this show.
@@LunaHeartnetyou make an excellent point. In a program like this, the most pressing issue is the one that gets the focus. Other health issues may be addressed off-screen. It's great that the program gives a view of veterinary medicine and life in rural America!
That’s really cool the first dog I ever heard of to get an eye lift. He would be right up there with the stars Hollywood stars that is.
That woman is trying to kill that mini with kindness.
I love watching DR. Pol. I don't know why he gave up his channel, but I am glad I found him again. He and his crew are the best, and you can tell they are in it for the animals, not the money.
Those are the best dogs ever especially if they're crossed
I can't believe they didn't trim his hooves.
Charlie Horse needs a farrier visit!
Don’t you think Charlie needs a farrier?
Thanks for the amazing videos. Much love from Wild Observer
Thank you! I love Heartland Docs!
It looked more like the mother deer was kicking the fawn off her teat. It didn't look like they were bonding at all. Hopefully, it turned out well.
Watching the courtship display of the peafowl was a vibrant spectacle, however, is it right to be captivated by their beauty?
Poor animals who suffer for peoples vanity: bubble head fish, shar pei and flat faced dogs, flat faced cats, etc.
Yeah those kinda animals shouldn't be bred, or shouldn't have been to begin with
Just love these 2 such caring vets that go out of their way for all animals wish there were more like Ben & Erin ❤
We raised Quarter Horses, and had one founder. There was a lot of intensive treatment and fortunately it recovered just fine. I do agree that the mini pony looked like it needed a visit from a farrier. I do appreciate these two vets. Big hearts for animals.
Charlie Horse..I have taken in more than a few foundered mares and ponies. Aspirin is the immediate Rx. Aspirin is a vascular dilator meaning circulation is improved in the hoof. This improvement in circulation helps remove the toxins of inflammation within the hoof laminae. Rasping the elongated toes off may help also,
I love this show. I always hate for the episode to end!
Love this show and much love
Lovely thanks ❤
You guys are kickass vets, and an awesome family.. love ya!🎉
"She said 'You're my baby now'". Ummm, where was that footage? That sounds more like wishful thinking as the momma was NOT taking to the doe suckling, but shaking her off and focusing on treats. Hopefully Jane Doe did bond with one of the mommas.
Why was the fawn shaved? It wasn’t when they handed it to the boys before the trip, but it was shaved on both sides of its hind end with the doe.

@@TheSun961 wow, same tree!
Naming a horse Charlie makes them slow.:)
Love Heartland Docs. More please.
Dr. Pol didn't give up his channel...Disney brought the price up so high that Spectrum and others wouldn't pay the price to transmit NatGoWild.
I love these Veteranarians ❤.

Aww That Is A Baby Deer I Am Never See This
Watching the hare outwit its predator was clever, yet does it encourage a skewed view of nature's balance?
How many Product Placements did they do for car company? Anyone count?
I thought you would take her to where you found her, mother might have been still looking for her.
I like the animals. The people not so much.
❤❤❤❤😊
Take her back to her momma
Charley needs his feet trimmed big time
