There is other legislation that would make illegal, any such a refusal based on race or religion.
Karen Turner wasnt refused entry to the premises based on your ridiculous supposition, she was refused because she was exposing other patrons, and employees of the business, to potential contamination by a virulent antigen.

@Darius Linnemann Refusing service for dresscode is different than refusing for religion or race. A store can refuse service if you dont' wear a shirt, shoes or pants and so therefore it can extend to masks. Not even the same as race and religion.
