Be careful doing this, half the time the glass breaks even if you're being extra careful.
There's cheap refill tools if you want to refill the bottle, there's also cheap decant tools if you want to take fluid out of the bottle. This method can be destructive not to mention dangerous if you're not careful.

My goal is to undo all the Caps of my perfume bottles from the Dollar Tree and then get my grandmother's traditional 1930s perfume in 1950s perfume bottle sprayers that are specifically designed where you fill them up and then you just do a push on a little pump mini pump next to it that pushes air through and then it goes up and then you can spray yourself with your perfume so that way I can mix and match the perfumes to get a nicer smell versus having a spray more than one at the same time to get a scent mix

you can get cheap glass refillable atomizer bottles that screw on, they are less than $10, I have a brand new! large bottle of "Curve Crush" by Liz Claiborne and it wont work at all, (this is the third bottle of this stuff I have had trouble with all bought a year or two apart!!!) so I am going to get the top off and dump it into the refillable atomizer bottle.

Yes, you have to reseal the crimp, it's quite easy to do with needle nose pliers as long as you're gentle. Just bear in mind if you don't get the seal airtight again, the perfume will spoil very quickly. It's much better to buy a plastic atomiser to swap with the metal one, as they become airtight when you place the collar back over - they also never need uncrimping if you wanted to refill the bottle again.

you dont usually reuse it, you can dump contents into a screw top refillable glass atomizer bottle, they are cheap, can get them anywhere.
