Turning of the hand up and grabbing foot from the inside. Also the Awareness note of the knee wanting to rock out to the side.

I never had the balance to even try this before i did one foot standing and bending in all different directions for like 3 months to get strong enough to complete it
We all go at our own pace, and it's a very challenging pose, so remember to be gentle with yourself. We are all on our own journey. 💗
