How fast can you touch out of bounds in Mario Kart 8?

- If you ever wondered how quickly you can get out of bounds in all 88 tracks (soon to be 96) in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, then this is the video for you.
Just to be clear, while I did time how fast it took me to get out of bounds in each track, I wasn't going for any records here. I'm sure there are plenty of people who can get out of bounds faster. This is just supposed to be a fun video to figure out more specifically WHAT AREAS of each track you can get out of bounds quicker.

You can save a little bit of time on Toad's Turnpike by going over the guard rails on the sides of the roads using the glider ramps. I got it down to about 18~ seconds.
On Coconut Mall, you can drop straight down from the little ramp at the end of the shortcut through the store at the beginning, once again being 18~ seconds.
With any course that starts with a cannon, if you drift into the wall of the cannon at a perpendicular as you come off the ramp, you slam into it and Lakitu grabs you. I got Waluigi Pinball at 4~ seconds, and Sweet Sweet Canyon down to 10~ seconds.
My mom got picked up by Lakitu on baby park once and I still dont know how because I wasn't looking at her screen.
I think about it a lot.

I'd see what the speedrunning community says about baby mario racetrack. If you can get out, they'll have figured it out.
I dont know much about MK8, so I cant help with mechanics or whatever.

That’s what I did but that area to the right doesn’t count as OB
