He is great and his fans might think so, but he is not. He is up there lyrically though for sure. He doesn't have the classic albums some have though that sets him apart, he has some good albums but which one is epic? Which one is Illmatic? Reasonable Doubt? Paid In Full? Soul On Ice?

Nas and Lupe on an Amy Winehouse project would be perfect. Nas was Amy's favorite rapper. She did a song about him on every one of her albums. Lupe got his "first/last name" concept from Nas. It's.. It just has to happen lol

@@danielharrell387 He is but Lupe lyrics are on another level in my opinion. Nas is the best overall rapper but Lupes rhymes are a bit more complex and layered. you can't deny that. Nas doesn't have a Mural in his catalogue.
Sdot Bdot I always feel like thats why certain famous artists dont work with the underground lyricists. Nas and Jay-z are great but lets be real they want no smoke from Lupe or Black Thought or even King Los. I hate that about rap, too much egotripping and anxiousness for getting outrapped.
